After several bad experiences with plumbers, I'm pleased to find a good one - professional, fair prices. I've had them out a few times due to clogged up pipes. Both times two people arrived promptly and as scheduled, were pleasant and forthright to deal with, analyzed and fixed the problem efficiently and provided advice when asked so I might be able to "do it myself" if it recurred. They provided a helpful suggestion for fixing a leaky outdoor hose faucet which they noticed! Thanks guys!

One of the pipes busted in my bathroom and I needed someone to come out and fix it right away. I called Fred Smith Plumbing and they were able to make it out right away. The technicians were great and kept their workspace clean. If it wasn't for them, I don't know what I would do.

The technicians at Fred Smith Plumbing are polite, professional, and courteous. Their work is top notch. You can tell that they really know what they are doing. I never have any problems after they come and fix any plumbing in my house.

I had Fred Smith Plumbing come out to fix my plumbing and they were fabulous. They are so friendly and nice and when they work they keep their area clean, which I love. They do such fantastic work that I will always call them to come and fix any plumbing problems that I have.

Living in New York in the winter you really need heating in your house. I called Fred Smith Plumbing and Heating and they were able to come the next day and fix it before it got to cold out side. The technician was friendly and seemed to really like his job. I would like to tell you all that they do great quality work.

I had a leak in my bathroom sink and I tried to fix it myself but nothing worked. I called Fred Smith Plumbing and Heating, and they came the same day and fixed it within a half and hour. I am so happy that they were able to come the same day because I had to have it fixed before I left town the next day. They were also very inexpensive. Thanks.

Worth every single star and then some. Super responsive called in the morning and he was there in the afternoon. Got the job done in the same day and didn't try to find a bunch of other things that were wrong. My unit is at least one million years old so there was plenty of opportunity for that. Knew what he was doing and I felt that I received excellent service at a reasonable price. I'm thrilled to find someone like him!

Fred Smith's techs calmed all of my plumbing and heating concerns during our renovation. Everyone was very clean and respectful of our home. The toilets they installed work just great, and I'm sure we'll be keeping nice and toasty come winter.

I'm not a licensed plumber, but I had to hire Fred Smith because the work required a shut-off in the whole building. Fred Smith came to look at the job. I needed a shutoff valve replaced. The prices were great.

I just wanted say how grateful I am that Fred Smith was able to fix my heating system. It is a big relief for my wife and I, considering our babies' room was without heat for most of last winter. I had total anxiety about the water valve in my bathroom which was causing a leak to the floor below.

Nick was so careful as he fixed "the packing" (whatever that is), not causing any damage to the surrounding marble squares.
