I was researching a few AC services/repair companies. When I reached Hagerman Services, I knew immediately after talking with the owner, Mike, that we found what we were looking for...high professionalism, reliable, efficient, courteous, responds quickly, good communications. What also impressed us was his knowledge and motivation to solve the problem...as quickly as possible. He is conscientious of his customers' needs, flexible, and patient. He even goes so far to follow-up the next day and return to test your AC system to ensure that it is properly working. We've never had this type of customer service before with AC companies, let alone any other type of company that services my home. Hagerman Services is the BEST AC service and repair company and one we would highly recommend without question.

He was very swift in finding the problem and fixing it. He was very honest and could have ripped me off by saying it needed freon. How would I ever know? My units are on the roof of a 2 story home and that wasnt a problem at all. Ill call him back for sure.

Technician was very professional, clean, efficient. Did everything he said he would do and didnt stop until job was done! My A/C is now working like new :) I recommended this company to my boss and mother, that says alot! Almost forgot to mention that the price was the best I found.
