Happy I came across this company to do my recent move. They were great to work with. You never really know how things will go, luckily I kept to what I told them I was moving. There werent any additional items I was taking or anything. The crew was friendly and showed up ready. The foreman was really good he made sure everyone was doing as they should have been. Not one member of the crew slacked. I was shocked. He said they are very busy and that they want to make sure everyone receives the best service. Very happy.

One of a kind company. The professionalism was outstanding. When I spoke with other companies they were very pushy and almost condescending. I felt comfortable with them handling my goods. I read my binding estimate and they were right in line. Between the delivery and pickup it was as it should have been. I had moved across country to Washington. I am looking forward to starting my new life and cannot thank Plymouth enough!!!

this company is awful they sub out your move to a company that has drivers that do not speak english, show up hours late, and when you call plymouth that cant even tell you when your items will arrive or were they are, do your homework do not trust an a rate from the bbb when i got my items 19 days later at 11:15 at night there were items missing and damage to my furniture when i contacted plymouth they never responded back to me, when the item were delivered the drivers had to put other people's mattresses on the ground to get to my stuff, nothing was covered properly and the quality of service is the worst

This is the type of company you want to work with in any industry, especially moving. They are trustworthy, honest, reliable. I could go on and on, but alas I will spare you. My things came to me in one piece and I couldn't be happier. I didn't know what to expect because you often hear of horror stories. I am thankful that I am not one of them.

I love this company and how well they moved me. I was a little sketch at first on going with a company outside of my area, but was very pleased with the end result. Thankfully. I dont think I would be this happy had I went with someone else.

I had my boys back out at the last minute that was supposed to help me move. So I didn't really have a choice in having to hire someone at the last minute. I settled on working with Plymouth and they were good. I generally try not to spend much money and save for my family, but in this case it was worth the expense. I know my people would have probably messed up some items, but these guys were professionals who know their stuff. I didn't think I would ever hire movers, but kinda glad I did.

Had a good move with these guys. I was happy with my price and the way they treated me. I didn't feel like they were taking advantage or anything. Normally you leave the experience feeling used and abused. I did not feel like that with Plymouth. They were actually incredible. I cannot give enough praises to them and the crew sent to me. I wish I could give 10 stars because they deserve it.

Excellent company to move you!! I wasn't very excited to move, needless to say. First thing being now I have to settle in elsewhere, and on top of that dealing with a moving company... blahhhh!!! But honestly dealing with the folks at Plymouth wasn't bad at all. They really superseded my expectations. I was quite impressed with the way they handled my questions and hang ups. I even tried to stump them, they didn't miss a beat. The movers were awesome. Great group of guys and would probably hang out with them. Overall this is a company you would want to deal with not like the other companies that will beat you over the head!

Outstanding company. Their expertise far exceeds any other moving company I have dealt with both past and present. I was moving across country for personal reasons and they were quick and easy with no hassle. It wasn't like they just wanted my money and run. They aren't a company that tells you what you want to hear and then not deliver. Everything was exceptionally smooth. Kudos to being such a wonderful company and look forward to working with you in the future.

Looking for a relocation service this company was one of the five recommended. After back and forth I placed a deposit of $601 and then is when things went south. I could not get a firm price on the move. So I cancelled and requested a refund. Here's my issue still waiting for a refund and the company blames their service for Visa holding my funds- now two weeks later still fighting to get my money back- it should not require all this BS

Moving is sort of like a new form of torture lol but seriously. I spoke with so many companies getting quotes and what not, Plymouth was a good amount. It wasn't the cheapest (but cheapest scares me anyways), it wasn't the most expensive (I feel like those companies rip you off) it was good and within my budget. The coordinator was competent which was satisfying. Like I said I spoke to a ton and I'm not sure if they were under the influence or what? Didn't want that moving me or entrusting my belongings with those sort of folks. Plymouth was easy to work with. They were very customer service oriented. The movers were great and also competent (you never know who is coming). Very satisfied.

You wanna talk about a great mover? You gotta be talking about Plymouth relocation services. I never had a better move happen and I am not inexperienced in moving. The driver called me about 20 minutes before my pickup to let me know they would be arriving. When they came there was a crew of 4, which was great for the amount of belongings I had. They were done in about 2 hours and off they went. I was then notified 48 hours before my delivery. The crew was really good. They were fast and did everything I was told they would. Highly recommended! 10 stars

Hallelujah is what I think of me finding Plymouth Relocation Services. Someone was looking out for me making sure I found a company that delivered. My move was better than I could have asked for. Hallelujah.

Moving cross country terrified me - especially after reading some horror stories online. I interviewed several different companies for the task and eventually chose Plymouth for my move. They arrived an hour late which scared me even though they called to advise they would be a little late. That's the reason I rated them 4 and not 5 stars. Everything else went smoothly. Not 1 complaint. We got our stuff when we were supposed to. The move took the guys about 7 hours to do which was about what I was anticipating it would be. Overall I have no complaints and actually think I'm being a little harsh by giving these guys 4 and not 5 star rating since nothing ever goes 100% as planned. Would definitely use and recommend these guys to anyone looking to move. Thanks to the entire team.

My parents and my sister recommended Plymouth Relocation Services to me. They assisted with my families move last year and all went smoothly so I contacted them for my move. Their customer service was excellent. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very thorough and accommodating.



Fast forward to the day of my pickup, the movers were on time and very hard working. They were diligent and moved things really faster than i could ever imagine. They also slowed down when necessary and were careful with fragile items. My apartment was packed and loaded in the moving truck within 4 hours which I thought was quick.



I am very glad that I hired them.

Plymouth Relocation did not fail to impress. My entire house was loaded pretty quick. Boxes all labeled since it was a full pack job where they packed then loaded. Unpacking wasn’t a surprise thankfully due to how thorough the crew was. I now felt bad for worrying and stressing so much haha. Really appreciate all the hard work of the staff and crew.

Got my stuff today and wanted to express just how happy I am. I interviewed a few companies and Plymouth had a price a bit higher than the middle price but I felt comfortable with the agents knowledge when talking. I gave my list of things to be moved to companies over the phone. I liked doing it that way so they didn't have the chance to upsell me based on what they saw when in my house. I eventually chose Plymouth. The carrier they secured for my reservation did a great job with Taking care of my life basically. All my stuff arrived in what seems to be 1 piece. I did a good job finding this company.

I had picked this company as they were close to my delivery location lol. I wanted to be near them in case I needed to go see them with issues. Thankfully there were none which was great. Glad I went with this company and you shouldn't hesitate to use them if you need to move.

Can't really ask for more than that. My rep took an extensive inventory over the phone. Was a lot more thorough than some other companies. He explained the process and all he explained happened. Definitely want to thank everyone involved with the move cause it did go smooth and for that I am grateful. Thanks Plymouth.

Great doing business with Plymouth Relocation Services. I had a ton of companies hounding me for my business and I went with them. There were a few reasons. They were extremely professional and well felt more connected with them than anyone else. it was like they actually cared and weren't just trying to get my money. Any time I had an issue I could call them and they were quick to help me out. They are fast to respond to emails as well. It's like they have someone available 24/7. It was great! Delivery was quick too!! Pleased with this move!
