I woke up on a Sunday morning and immediately knew my AC was not working. I gave Airman a call about 8:30 am thinking I wouldn't see a tech for a couple of days since it was extremely hot outside. The Tech showed up 2 hrs. later and I found out my condenser was shorted. After discussing the options, I opted for a new system due to the age of mine plus the fact the older R22 freon is becoming obsolete. These guys hooked up a loaner condenser for free until mine came in. By 3:30 pm we had cold air again. Two days later they installed a new system that works so much better than what I had. All of the people involved were very professional an extremely courteous with the best customer service I have ever witnessed. I highly recommend this company-thanks Airman!!

Had to replace my 19 old unit it was undersized they replaced it with the correct size unit. My electric bill went down 100.00 dollars a month . Go Trane and Airman I'm and happy with my service and product

When Airman changed out my heating and air system. They ran into a lot of hidden problems.They did not not charge me any extra, and fixed all the problems for the price quoted. Job looks great, and all is good now :)

Yay! Got my air blowing cold air again!! Tried to get four different companies to come out today .out of the four one was gonna charge $120.00 to pull in my driveway for same day service, 2 couldn't get here for 2 days and the Air man came out same day and fixed me up and at a good price. I highly recommend if you need a/c work in Desoto County to call Air Man Air Conditioning

Air Man is the best. We have lived in this house for over 10 years and have never had heat/air to reach our master bedroom, master bathroom or office. After our first replacement almost 10 years ago the heat never made it to the above rooms, so electric heaters continued to be used during the cold months and suffering during the summer. Air Man did a job for us a few months back, so of course that is who we called with this next issue. Needless to say it would be cheaper to replace everything instead of piecing out problems as they arise. Vince says what he is going to do! The "crew" was professional, polite, worked non-stop and spot on. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and professionalism from the entire team. We now after 10 years of living here have heat in our master bedroom/bath and office - and can finally put up all the electric heaters. Thank you again to Air Man and everyone involved. A+ and 2 thumbs up! Give them a call for any/all of your heating and air concerns.

The heater went out (on weekend) everything from the initial call to the technician coming out (within an hour) was professional and courteous...they went out of their way to make sure all was ok...A+ in my book

My air went out while I was at work, I spoke to my wife she made me aware of the temperature in our home. I call all around town and due to the late hour no one would come, but this company. He assure me he would come out even no it was 9pm and sure enough he did. He was very honest and did the job at a great low price. They save the night for me and my family. I would recommend them to anyone.

GREAT QUALITY SERVICE WITH A SMILE!!!! These guys are all about the customer for a change, unlike many others. Very prompt and extremely friendly with a "no nonsense" work ethic. I called every Air and Heat Company in the phone book for the DeSoto County area and was very delighted to have my phone call returned. It was the summer month of June and getting someone who repairs air units was a huge task. Vince with Air Man was very knowledgeable and honest about our Airs problems and the condition of our unit. Even though the price was hard to swallow at first; doing research indicated that he was giving us a GREAT deal. His professional, expert knowledge and patience in handling my specific issues were very important to my complete customer satisfaction.

With my spouse being on active duty in the National Guard and being female, Mr. Mannon with Air Man ensured me that he could help and we could get back to normal. This is one less concern for me and I am deeply appreciative of his assistance and support. Vince Mannon was very patient with me and explained to me what needed to be completed and why. Within two days my house had two complete new units and my house is actually cool now. Due to upgrading my system and tonnage my utilities are cut almost in half. Having a great brand like TRANE in my house reassures me we did the right thing in regards to replacing both contractor units. Replacing your air units is not something we all want to ingest; however it must be done.

In the past, I felt that Air companies misled me and kept changing my coil knowing it would fail again due to the cheap copper and metal being used. I believe these other companies provided the quickest and most convenient solution to their needs and from their perspective. But this is not the case with Air Man…I believe Air Man handled my issues as if they were his own, and I am completely satisfied. Upon my husband’s return to the United States, we will continue my service with Air Man and look forward to patronizing your organization. I am sure you will understand my position as a female, and I hope that you will give him a chance.

Air Man Air Conditioning did a great job for us. We had a problem on a Sunday! The Air Man A/C men were here within a couple hours. My air conditioner unit is over ten years old, probably more like twelve. They were able to repair my existing unit. It is now working great. Very courteous service. I would highly recommend them to my friends!

Air Man Air Conditioning came out last week within an hour of calling. The service was great. It wasn't cheap, but it was absolutely worth it. It was great work for a fair price. I have lived in this house for 7 years, and the past week is the best the A/C has ever cooled.

We had a great experience with Mr. Air Man! He return calls quickly! He identifies the problem and gives you his honest opinion about what needs to be done without breaking your pocket. Would I call him again if I need A/C work?? Without A Doubt!!

I live in San Diego but my 80 year old parents live in Southaven. On Sunday the air conditioner quit. It was 100 degrees outside and almost 90 in their house.

I looked on the Internet and found Vince. He said he would take care of everything and not to worry.

Within a couple of hours he had repaired their air conditioning and all was well. Very polite and kind to my folks and really took care of business!

Courteous, fair, professional and affordable all describe this company. I called at 11:30 pm, on a Saturday night and they were here within the hour. They responded quickly, were honest about the problem and offered an affordable solution. I will definitely be using them for any future repair or even replacement heating or cooling needs. Air Man was a great choice in fixing my air condition! He came out to my house on a sunday and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly reccomend him to anyone who has air condition problems.

I called this afternoon and the Air Man was waiting for me when I got home. It's never fun when something major in your home isn't functioning properly, but at least having an honest repairman makes the process a little easier to face. I was billed a more than fair fee and the temperature is dropping in my home. I would highly recommend Air Man Air Conditioning and when my very aged system does go out for good, I will be calling him back to replace my system.

Easter Day is not the Day to call for a/c repair But I have ASTHMA and when the air fails I freak out quick. I called several other companies and they did not even answer the phone. Air Man a/c answered on the 3rd ring. The answering service said I would get a call back in a few minutes. Sure enough within 19 minutes the owner called me back. He came right out himself and got the air going. Air Man came to my rescue. Thank you Air man !!!!

my furnace went out during the recent cold snap. i called the airman and he came right out first thing the next morning. he was here when he said he would not hours later. he is a good and honest man. i have recommended him to everyone that has had hvac problems.
