This is pathetic taxi service I have ever enfountered. I called them today at 2 pm they say cab will be there. I called them after one hour at 3054444444 they still said cab will be there. I called them at 3.48 pm and said I have been waiting for two hours will you send me a cab or not. The lady on phone started fighting to me instead as why are you waiting for so long and banged the phone. After two hours this is the service I received. I am giving one star as a good luck otherwise I dont think they deserve even a nod for appreciation. Sympathy for the owner whose employees are bend upon destroying his company. Shahzad Haider

This was the worst Taxi Experience EVER!!! I called at about noon to let them know that I would need 3 cabs at an address on NW 36th street in a few hours. I called back a couple hours later with a 45 minute notice that we would need the 3 cabs in 45 minutes. The dispatch was concerned about us being late (that is a joke). I offered to pay a waiting fee if they beat us to the location. I called again 25 minutes later to give a 20 minute notice. One cab was 30 minutes late, the last one was an hour and a half late! Sales/dispatch refused to let me talk to a manager. They told me that there were no managers there on Sunday's. Each time I called, I got the same line about it being just 10-15 minutes or that they mistakenly got the wrong address, etc... They didn't even schedule the cabs or make any effort to have them there when we needed them. I called back the next day (Monday) to talk to a manager and still got the run around. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Taxi cab number 1361 has terrible road rage. Decided to antagonize drivers by driving on the left lane of 826 North under 20 mph. At one point he even made a dead stop for no reason. It almost looked like he was trying to get rear-ended on purpose.

Driver John Yaniz dropped my friends and I off. One left his I Phone,,, 5 minutes later we realized it was gone and called the phone. He told us he would only give it back for $100. Then hung up. Finally we agreed but he refused to give the phone back. The company has been of no assistance in getting this back. At this point he is hanging up on us and the police are involved. Do not trust this company or its drivers.

I was getting on the 836 westbound towards the Turnpike on a long and wide merging lane when I saw a YELLOW CAB coming up behind me at incredible speed, I did not worry because I still had enough distance between him and me to get on the expressway, before I knew it this guy was ganging up on my car at full speed waving his hands in the air, he pulled up next to me and threw his car at my car but full force, I could not believe it, we had a 5 year old sitting on that side of the car, My heart stopped for a minute, he didn't hit our car because we avoided it but I thought for sure he was going to loose control and fall off the ramp. It was a scene right out of the movies, We are very lucky to be alive, he threw that cab car on us full force like a Mad man. We had to follow him because letting this guy leave was literally letting a mad man loose on the street, He continued to give us the middle finger and scream profanity to us, We got his tag and his car number, it was car # 1628. His tag number is 997YQD. and he was incredibly fat & ugly guy. I reported this incident to his supervisor, and for the sake of other people I have to report this here in case someone else is not as lucky as we were. We are sure that if this person continues to drive that YELLOW CAB he will harm someone. Let it be known that we did report this incident to his supervisor and they said they would take care of it. the YELLOW CAB SAID 444-4444. His tag was 997YQD and his car number was 1628. I gave this review a star because the Supervisor was concerned and showed interest.

We have used this company for a handful times and twice the car has been well over 30min late. Not fun if you are trying to catch a plane etc.



Obviously, the company is too complacent having such easy-to-remember number. Find another company that needs to care for their customers. We certainly had our last horrible experience with them.
