We had a very good experience with US interstate movers from start to finish. Everyone was very nice, easy to work with and professional state side. My experience at my old place, with the movers sent from the company, was also very good. I felt informed about the process along the way via email and everything arrived here in good condition, with nothing broken. The movers from the company were nice, helpful and efficient. The price was very reasonable. All in all a very good experience and we would use this company again.

When I called US interstate movers for a quote to move my belongings, they gave me very good price. Their men arrived right on time and started packing everything carefully. Everything was going well. But they failed to deliver all my belongings on the first scheduled date for some issue with the storage facility. I was very much taken aback and got really worried. I had to sleep on air mattresses for 2 nights. They finally delivered my belongings 2 days later. As I checked the inventory, all my belongings were there in good condition. I was happy with just that but then I saw that they have given me a discount as an apology for the late delivery. I couldn’t believe such good gesture still exists. I have no complaints for the late delivery now.
