I have always had problems with a moving company in the past, untill I worked with Summit Van Lines. They are fast and efficient and as soon as they walk true the door they are down to buisness. I would like to metian that moving 2 bedrooms of Ikea furniture diasseblying and reassembling everything back toghetehr without a single scrach tahts amazing.

Had a great moving experience with Summit Van Lines. The booking process was very easy -- just a quick phone call and emailed them a signed form. Adam and Alex showed up exactly on time. Everything was packed as we wanted, and we had no damages to the furniture. The hourly rate was a better deal compared to the larger moving companies that we got quotes from. Only thing I would have changed is having 3 guys instead of 2 -- our move was complex so 3 guys would have shaved off an hour or more and the total cost in the end would have been the same.

Summit Van Lines was definitely the best moving company I have ever had the privilege of hiring for my move. They were very courteous and professional. They arrived right at the time upon which we agreed and proceeded to carefully disassemble, and wrap all my furniture to ensure that nothing would be scratched or damaged in the process of my move. The three movers worked well as a team and didn't waste any time standing around or taking smoke breaks. The move went by smoothly and I gave them a big tip for the great job they did! I have already recommended them to several friends and I suggest that you do the same because Summit Van Lines will really do everything they can to make your move less stressful than it has to be, because they are the best.

The guys showed up exactly when expected, and wasted no time in getting to work. They came prepared with all of the necessary supplies to keep my items safe from harm, and were very careful with everything despite the speed at which they worked. I would certainly recommend giving them a call for your next move!

They arrived perfectly on time and were on schedule, the guys unloading the furniture were very fast, professional and friendly. Exactly what was promised, professional set up. Great customer service.Very good deal of pleasure working with them, if I ever need to move again, I’ll use Summit Van Lines.

Everyone of the gentlemen that picked up and delivered my goods were nothing short of "professional" Two guys took 2 hours to bring every single box up a flight of stairs and into my apartment, I was truly amazed. There were a few things broken but that is because they were not wrapped sufficiently by ME for the trip.

I will ALWAYS recommend Summit Van Lines to anyone who needs a professional, caring, courteous, and expert, moving company. This was my first really long distance relocation experience and you all made it wonderful, relaxing, and stress-free.

We have used Summit Van Lines twice - once when my wife and I moved in together and moved our crap from our separate apartments into one and the second time when we moved into our new condo.



Now, we had a relocation for our top floor move. Which means the movers had to go up to the top floor, haul boxes, furniture, crap, etc., down the flight of stairs, and then back up to the top floor at the new place. No elevators, either. As back-breaking as the job would be, none of the movers made any complaints. According to me they are cool moving company and if someone is looking forward for a hassle free move please try them. Without a doubt, I will recommend Summit Van Lines over all other moving companies . After a bad experience moving, I was wary to hire a service, but I could not have experienced a better move. Not only were they on time, but they were jovial, hard working, and most importantly, on budget. They were careful of all of my belongings, and I was pleased to find that everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. .My only concern was that due to some reason they did not accept payment thru card on that day and I had to arrange for a cashier’s cheque from my bank which caused some inconvenience otherwise their service was not bad. You can still call them for moves large and small.

We were recommended Summit Van Lines by a family friend and I decided to book them for the following weekend Just used them for the second time in 3 years and I was impressed yet again. The guys were super quick , efficient and a total pleasure to work with. The entire moving team knew their moving responsibility well The crew was working the entire time, nonstop, and because my house was built on steep hill they had to port in the 54-odd boxes and furniture on that hot summer day after packing and loading.the stuff . Summit Van Lines is definitely my mover of choice. Highly recommended.

We had a booking for Summit Van Lines for the following weekend on a recommendation of a friend The team of movers from Summit Van Lines showed up on time, helped me finish packing materials and also boxes which were all a couple bucks (hardly more than I paid for the ones I had picked up at the store myself). They didn't charge annoying fees for tape or packing materials. Very upfront. All the guys worked very nice and worked quickly. Move completed safe and sound, and would definitely use again I would recommend them to anyone needing a local move (as that is what my personal experience was). Moving has a level of stress that is unavoidable. Happily, by using Summit my stress was minimal! Good work !!!

I have never been so happy with a service I paid for in my life. The 3 young men who moved all my stuff were very professional, punctual, careful and extremely hard working. They worked so well and methodically together.

I definitely recommend them, I could not have asked for better service.

I used Summit Van Lines for my move from the Tampa to Miami in Dec2011. The service that they provided was outstanding. They were polite, efficient and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I really have some fantastic experience to share about Summit Van Lines that are located at Fort Lauderdale in FL . We sold our house but wasn't sure when everything was going to be final nor did we know where we were going to move to. Even on a notice of 3 days the company was able to schedule my move. On moving day the mover and the foreman coordinated the packing and unpacking process seamlessly and actually came in our budget. All the guys were helpful as they had to reposition furniture once everything was moved in. I don’t think the reviews about Summit Van Lines lie at all ! We were recommended this company through a common friend and who had all the good things to tell about them.After trying them I would like to state this if you want a no hassle moving experience, this company is certainly a right choice.! They are such hard workers... no messing around or goofing off... . They moved us out of our old place and into our new place in 2.5 hours! This time they moved everything DOWN 3 flights of very narrow, windy stairs and were very careful not to damage any walls. Just straight business.... Love it... AND, the final payment was less than what had originally been estimated... Can't ask for more....Thanks Summit Van Lines

I've used many movers and I have to say that Summit Van Lines are hands down the best.

From the prompt arrival on time, to the care they took to pack everything very carefully .. everything was perfect.

They unpacked all my stuff and everything was scratch less. i highly recommend them if you live in Florida.

I didn't have too much to move - a bed + frame, night stand, chair, big dresser, and 2 heavy boxes. All of it was pretty expensive so i was a little nervous. We were moving from my bedroom on the second floor of a house to an apartment on the 3rd floor - no elevator! So lots of heavy lifting up 3 flights of stairs. I was quoted a price between $200 and $400, no other fees, included. The final price ended up being $250 - yaya! And, he was true to his word - no other fees.



Adam and his team showed up early, which was pretty impressive! Before they started moving they offered two types of insurance should anything be damaged. One was free and I believed covered you for damage at .69 cents per pound up to some amount which i cannot remember. The other insurance cost ~$99 and covered for full damages up to some amount i cannot remember. i opted for free insurance.



I'm happy to say that all my furniture was moved smoothly. No damages and they were pretty quick. One problem is that i cannot figure out how to lock the wheels of my bed but i don't think that's their fault. I'm not sure they unlocked the wheels.



Highly recommended.

Summit Van Lines was completely professional; fast and efficient. And most important to me -- they don't give you a hard time about any difficult aspect of your move. The place they just moved me out of had a horrible, narrow evil stairs, but they didn't make me feel terrible by pointing that out every time they made the trip. I really appreciated it, since I've had the opposite experience, where a tired moving crew made us feel like we had the worst furniture, and the worst stairs, etc.. Thanks guys.

Summit quoted us $800 for our 2 bed/2 bath move, while it actually came out to be a little more. The first truck they brought was filled completely, and they had to get help from another crew to pack our remaining stuff.



The crew worked very fast, took good care of everything (nothing got broken except for 2 leaves on our very plant), and were very professional, friendly, and accommodating.



I don't believe anyone could have possibly moved everything any more quickly. Actually I probably could have done a better job with listing all of our stuff when we got the quote, but who knew we had that much crap until it was actually all packed up into boxes? Overall not a bad service from Summit Van Lines.

Moving back to Florida is a dream come true after 28 Years. The employees from start to finish were all professional, curtious & knowledgeable. Handled our belongings with care & in a timely manner. Unexpected shuttle service didn't even slow them down.Extra care was taken on our unusual family heirlooms. We will use them again! Thank You.

I had to move in a quick hurry - packing up 5 years and changing hoods seemed impossible. In fact, as I looked at my completely unpacked apartment the night before my move, I realized I might be in over my head..so I gave a try to call Summit Van Lines.



The guys arrived early. They'd arranged everything - street parking at my old and new places, boxes, the works. Granted I DID actually suck it up and pack most of my place in the wee hours before they got there, but the boys handled my 4 dozen stemware and every QVC/FoodNetwork appliance ever made like they were their own.



The move came in 15% LESS than was quoted. They were that efficient, and that good. Didn't bat an eye at carrying my stuff up 4 flights of stairs in my new place - as we frantically unpacked, they placed and perfected all of my furniture.



Total total total pro's - I wouldn't use anyone else!
