Called on a Thursday at noon and what a bunch of jerks! They were completey rude and seriously outragous with the pricing. Almsot $100, when asked why so much? He said, "Thats because its our rate!"-- What a freakin jerk! So unprofessional and NOT nice!

What more do i have to say called them for some help on legal documents and the guy that answered was very rude and condesending.

Find a local notary to do the job. This national company couldn't find me a notary on a Friday evening.

Called in and needed a notary same day. Was helped right away at a reasonable price, and received e-mail updates with my notary confirmation. Very professional and courteous service. Will definitely use again if I need another notary.

Called at 10:30 am and was told someone would call back right away.. called back at 11:30 and was told I would hear in an hour... Called back at 1:59 and cancelled my request because my office closes at 2pm.... This service prevented me from calling someone else who might have actually shown up. Now I have to deal with the local Kinkos for notary services and hope to still make the Fedex drop-off time..... BIG THIUMBS DOWN.
