Treated my car with care and I got prompt service! I would use them again.

My 2000 Acura TL was towed away from the scene of a major accident by Jim. Jim used utmost care in loading and unloading the vehicle. I felt the bill was reasonable. Jim was very professional and tried to help find the reason the car would not start.

They are a bunch of crooks! The prices over priced and the damaged my car and gave me the run around

they do not know how to tow a car onto a flat bed without destroying the front lip of your car. A second driver came to help the first one after the first one broke the bottom of my front bumper!NEVER USE!

I was told numerous times that the truck would be there in 35-45 minutes, after waiting at the van for 2 hours, someone finally picked me up... 3+ hours later they are delivering the van... I am not impressed with their service!!

I called dispatch and couldnt get a competent person of the phone. For some reason I had two people on the phone and neither could read back the correct addresses I had given them so I hung up. Who knows where my vehicle would have ended up.

The drivers are very polite and treat your car with care.
