These guys know what they are doing! My laptop was not charging, and it was basically the port inside the laptop that had gone bad. I was very worried that I would lose my laptop. However, when I took it to them, they told me my laptop dc jack was broken and needed to be replaced. They fixed the inside port of my laptop, and gave life back to it!
