Provided by YP.comWe called Air masters for service on our air conditioner. They came out and did a general service, replaced one part on the inside unit, then informed us our freon levels were OK! Also, he thought the wiring on the outside needed repair but he didn't have the wire and would have to go back to their shop. We said we would do it ourselves because we didn't want to pay for him to drive all over town. Which why didn't he have a little damn wire?? It sound made up. The air conditioner didn't work when he left and he told us that there was a 5 minute delay. Well what really happened was that he pulled the wire out so we fixed that. Then 2 days later a salesman called us telling us that we needed to get our $$ together to replace our air conditioner. That is just like they phrased it....how rude!!! Now a few days after that the thing is freezing up and we have NO AIR!!! So I call them and ask them to come out and review their work because oviously something is wrong. Now they are telling us that we have to pay for it and the woman...AMY hung up the phone on me. Total disrespect, I wouldn't trust them with a 10 foot pole, frankly I think they sabotaged our air conditioner on purpose! Also, she said because we fixed the wire ourselves that she wouldn't guarantee the work they did.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! You will regret it!!!
It is unfortinate that you had a poor experience with our company. We make a effort to strive for excellent customer service. Our technicians do not always have OEM electrical parts on there trucks for older units. There are too many different units for them to carry all parts. Our office staff tried to resolve this issue by giving the customer different repair or replacement options. Unfortunately, the customer did not want to hear the options and hung up the phone on several occations when we were trying to help. Sincrely, Beverly Bosley President
