No worries when you use Magnolia Exterminating! I had them treat my house for termites after buying it and not being able to get in contact with the "fly by night" company my contractor had used. Billy did it for a very reasonable price...explained everything to me thoroughly...and best of all...contacts me every year to inspect my house for termites. I can not say enough good things about the service I have received.

Billy at Magnolia Exterminating Company is one of the best around for pest control! Billy has serviced my house for at least 12 - 14 years. He is honest, dependable, and professional! Very good service. Knowledgable and courteous. My favorite part is he does not make me sign a contract. He works with me for the times when I need pest service.

My experience was good, the service was above what I expected and the tech.asked a few questions and with an inspection told me the problem and took the time to educate me on the problem i was having. We have decided to start a quarterly program with them. Very happy and would refer them to anyone
