I was very happy with the service they give to my car. Every body there was so nice and want to help me. It was a problem running and they figured it out pretty quick and I was out in just a couple hours. Told them I want to wait for the car and they took care of me right away.

Budget Auto did an awesome job with my truck and treated me like a king. My warranty company referred me here and I now see why Budget Auto is on their list of preferred shops. These guys gave me a ride and then picked me up. The manager kept me informed about the repairs and took care of everything with my extended warranty. I just came in and paid my $100 deductible and the rest was taken care of painlessly. This will my where I take my truck from now on.

I came here with a problem that the dealer couldn't figure out and Budget Auto fixed my car properly. They were friendly and courteous too. I really appreciate the great service.

Unfortunately my car broke down again but I am very fortunate to have found this place. It was diagnosed in minutes and I got my car back the same day. The owner is very honest and friendly.

From the minute I walked in, these guys treated me with respect and courtesy. I came in here with a pretty bad oil leak and oil underneath my car. They explained exactly what they had to do to find the problem and called me back later to tell me what they found. I needed my car the next day to drive out of town. The mechanic stayed late finishing my car. When I came to pick it up the manager introduced me to the mechanic that worked on it. So I got a really good explanation of everything that was done. I was very happy and will be recommending this mechanic.

I came here with a lot of problems with my car but not much money. Paul and Ramsey made me feel at ease, checked out my car, and fixed the main problem to at least get me back on the road. They went over all the other things wrong with my car and discussed options and what was important and what was not. They were never pushy. Just gave me the facts and let me make my own decision. They were really honest about what it would take to fix my break down so I can continue to drive the car and put some of the other things off. It's really hard to find an honest mechanic but I found my place here.

Broke down on the freeway. Tow truck driver recommended I get towed here. Wasn't sure about that at first but I rolled with it because I had no one else. Glad I did. These guys found a bad ignition switch and got me back on the road in a couple hours. Very friendly staff. I work in Mo Val and will start coming here.

My car was quickly diagnosed and repaired the same day, actually within 4 hours. The price of the repair was lower than what I'd expected to pay, and I have an older Jaguar, plus was stranded by it breaking down, so felt I was extremely vulnerable to being taken advantage of with repair charges. Instead, everything was fixed quickly for much less than I expected to pay. I really appreciated that all the questions I had were answered professionally and knowledgeably. My experience was great there.
