From sales to install power home solar took care of everything and had a very clear line of communication to me.

Professional install. They were able to meet all my requirements despite my home being very customized. The team had no issues with any difficulties they encountered.

Love Power Home Solar. They did all the worries through this process like working with the HOA, Duke Energy and any other projects tasks. I just sat back and enjoyed the show. very Easy install.

This has been a very painless process. The salesman was very professional, the customer service reps were very helpful. The installation was complete within one day. I hope my light bill goes down to what they say it will. So far I will recommend this company to everyone I know. This has been a great experience. The work crew were very professional. Did a great job in a timely manner. Explain everything very. Our salesmen Dan was great too. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 based on two things. The biggest is the salesman never mentioned that we would have to change our insurance and now we are going to have to pay $200 extra a year just to insure the panels. The second thing is that the crew was very sweet but it was raining and they opened up my daughters window without asking, ran through a hose, getting muddy water all over her room and the floors and her kittens were hiding scared under furniture in her room. They apologized and made it right by getting us some carpet cleaner and we very apologetic and I felt happy with how it was handled by the crew. The customer service has been good, we just got our panels installed so we haven’t used them yet so I have no input on that. The system looks professional.

The guys from Power Home Solar arrived on time, were courteous and very nice, they did a great job installing the system and extras that came with the installation. I was happy with the knowledge of the team and how simple they made it all look. The team was very nice. The cabling was a surprise, but once we are used to it, I am sure it will be fine, and they did a good job cleaning up after they were done. I'm still waiting for the city inspection to be completed, I can't wait to turn the system on and start saving money

Just had our panels installed. The crew was very courteous and punctual. The crew cleaned up after themselves. Walked us through setting up our Nest thermostat. Now we are waiting on our city to inspect and then our electric company. Looking forward to seeing my savings.

Installers were very professional and courteous. Left the site clean. They did a good job of explaining how everything works. Very satisfied!

From beginning to install has been great. Salesman Brian was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. No h.o.a. so was scheduled for install within weeks. Day of install was scheduled to start between 8 and 10am. They arrived shortly after 7am. Josh and his crew did an outstanding job and had 26 panels installed on a second story roof within hours. Couldn't even tell they were here with how well they cleaned up. They were very professional and top notch workmanship. Josh explained every step and every piece of equipment. Outstanding installer.

They were in and out, told me everything I needed to know, and were very helpful and friendly. I recommend them.

Today we just had our panels installed so we are not done yet. We still need to have an inspector and Duke Power come out which may take 3-4 weeks. However, so far the process has been as expected and the manager of the installation crew was professional and did a great job explaining the system.

System was installed a few weeks late. Permitting has dropped the ball more than once and no one from that department will return e mails or phone calls. system still not working with no end in sight. look elsewhere for solar

They are professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Easily approachable and customer service was top priority. I highly recommend them to any one interested in going solar!

We had our panels installed today, we are just waiting for the local inspector to give the OK to power them up. We have had a few hiccups leading up to the installation, but so far they have been nothing but professional and as advertised. Can't wait to see the panels in action.
