As soon as I walked into the lot Sean Craig was willing to work with me and offer me the best pricing! I had an appointment with the Ford dealership which I missed because of how pleasant and honest Sean was! I was not even 100% sure I was ready to buy a car but dealing with Sean made me feel 100% sure. If all of your sales people were like Sean you would be very fortunate! I was shopping for a very specific used auto which keffer kia had in inventory. I told them I was purchasing from out of state and when I would be available to pick up. They said it was fine with a specific down payment and preapproval. The second i filled out the preapproval the car dissapeared and they started pushing another auto. when it came time to make the purchase they said they were going to sell it to somone else and i would just have to come in when i was in town. they lied about everything betting on my feeling i had to purchase with them based on my preaproval. very rude and lazy people from the start of my experience. the dishonesty is just the icing.
