I was unhappy with the product or more so the service.I found Andrew to be too 'familiar' with me, his client. I couldn't believe he would actually correct me when I said the word 'caulk.' He pointed out that there is an "L" in the word and I was pronouncing it like a male organ. Seriously? Classy. Then I called to have someone come back out (NOT Andrew) and look at the door because there were bugs and air coming through. Toby apparently couldn't come out until next week (for a client that already paid him) and when I called to verify the day before he all of a sudden had a 'meeting.' When he did come out he put the door back on the track because it wasn't lined up properly. It wasn't that hard was it? He made it seem like I should have known and done it myself? A 50 yr old woman? I would not deal with them again. They basically took my money and ran off. I even think I received a survey from them. Ha.
