Brian did a great job coming out at 9pm to help fix our drains. We are very happy this problem was fixed in a timely manner.

Had to get a new appoint because it wasn't made clear that master plumbers do not work past 3:30 when the original appoint time was scheduled. Plumber did arrive on new scheduled time and day and promptly and professionally effected repairs. Gave estimates for other work and provided useful advice. Cheerful and engaging.

Was there within the hour to clear my kitchen sink. A job well done by Austin.......................

Brian did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and finished the job in less than an hour.

I went online and gave my information before 8:00AM and was contacted by 8:15. They were out about an hour later. Fred (4155) was professional, thorough, informative, and clean, making sure he wiped up after himself frequently. What looked like a simple issue turned out to be more complicated, but like a plumbing detective, Fred figured it out and fixed it. Good job, good service; the next time I need a drain cleared, I'll call Roto-Rooter again.

I called late in the evening to fix a broken faucet. Someone answered my call promptly and scheduled service for the next morning. As promised, I received a call within 1/2 hour of the service provider's arrival. He was polite, professional and efficient. The service was a bit expensive, but it was worth it for its promptness and professionalism.

We had a drain backing up in our basement laundry room. The customer service rep/scheduler I spoke to on the phone was very nice and knowledgeable. While this was not an emergency appointment, she was able to get someone out within 2 hours! Aaron was the tech and he brought an apprentice who he was educating the entire time - great to see quality and real training taking place. They fixed the drain, cleaned up and went on their way. I'd recommend them to anyone and will call them again if needed!

My husband called Saturday morning at 10:30 and Jordan (#7014) was here within a half hour. This was after leaving a couple other plumbers messages early Friday night and no return calls. Our bathtub was not draining. It is our only bathroom. Jordan was very pleasant and prompt. He got right to work and explained the process to my husband as he went along. He was very professional and and very customer service oriented. It wasagreat experience (considering the circumstances).

Came over within an hour and figured out the problem instantly. Josh did a fabulous job explaining what our problem was and how to resolve it. He showed me the video of our pipes after one time going through to chop up the tree roots. He then went through it again and cleared it all out, then showed me the new footage of the pipes and they were cleared. Josh gave me great insight on what to do with this problem and how to manage it. Thanks Josh!

Great service, once again, from Roto Rooter. At the house within an hour of my phone call. Took great care to not track snow in house. Aware of my dog and always checked to see where he was before opening the door. Completed the work in an efficient manner. Left basement floor clean. Professional and courteous.

We had very fast service. The service tech was at our door less than an hour after we called. He cleaned up after himself and left my kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. I would recommend them to everyone!

We simply had them clean out a drain in the basement. This needs to be done about every 3 years. The tech was knowledgable, efficient, and talked me through what he was doing.
We also purchased the Pipe Shield this time, as I"m hoping we won't have to call as often. My only complaint is that the price has gone up quite a bit. I had them out in 2011, and it was $165. In 2014, I used another company, and it was $227, but that included a camera view as well. This time it cost me $350. I guess maybe that is just the price of inflation???
They got the job done.

Fred (4155) was a great listener. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about Roto-Rooter services. He was clean, he put booty's on his feet and the equipment. He thoroughly cleaned the drains by making at least a couple of runs.
