Very professional from the get go! really taking the time to understand my co-occuring health problems and issues, and paid attention to all notes about side effects, medication issues, autoimmune problems, etc. Clearly explained any potential follow-up treatments that MAY be necessar,y but truly made me feel confident our initial medication efforts will likely do the trick.
