I was trying to work on a dell optiplex after just installing windows xp. Although I connected the hard drive (two connectors--SATA properly) it said press f1 to boot or f2 to set up and won't boot as if it isn't connected at all, it powered up and the lights came on. So I thought it wasn't the power supply. On a friend's advice I called up PC USA. A technician visited me the same day and fixed the problem within a short time and at a reasonable price. I would refer PC USA to everyone.

I have an Acer Aspire laptop although I’m not sure what model that runs Windows 7, the laptop is only a little over 2 years old and good money was paid for it, however now all I seem to get is problems. I have keyboard problems that stress me so much that I consume so much time trying to deal with it. I consulted and had my unit checked at PC USA.
