I highly recommend Antonio Pagan, I called him and he helped me filling my bankruptcy. He is knowledgeable, professional and very prompt. I would say he is “man of few words”. I understand that our human nature requires full attention, especially in extreme situation. It can be bankruptcy, foreclosure etc. I have demanded answers on my questions 24/7, which I thought would be easy to answer for attorney. But, it happened rare. However, happy ending is happy ending. My bankruptcy Chapter 7 was successfully done. I have received in 60-75 days discharged papers by mail, just like Mr. Antonio Pagan said in the beginning.

My attorney left me standing alone at the 341 meeting for my bankruptcy chapter 7. I decide to proceed without him because i knew he was not going to show up. I was Right !! He never showed up and I have no idea where my bankruptcy stands. I have to fire him in the middle of my chapter 7 and start all over again with a different attorney. He also doesn't respond to my calls promptly and procrastinates. Leaves everything for last minute. He will tell you that he needs this and that and you have to drop everything you are doing to fax, email lots of documents at last minute. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY. I am currently hiring a different attorney.

I called Mr. Pagan after I called several different Attorneys. It was the best decision I made. He is extremely knowledgeable and does exactly what he says he will do. He is wonderful about responding to emails and spends as much time as you need answering all your questions. Antonio is a very nice guy. This was my first and hopefully only bankruptcy experience. The only thing I was disappointed in was the final payment amount. Unfortunately, I was not aware that since I lived in Palm Beach County and had two reaffirmations (car and house), I would incur additional fees. Make sure you ask about potential additional costs up front.

I was referred to Antonio for my bankruptcy and we prepared all the bankruptcy over the phone and emails because of my time constraint and distance to his office.
