spent 11+ years in the car business. I was the top Buick salesman in the Dallas zone in 1980. Later I sold Cadillacs. Cadillac has extremely high customer service standards. All of which served to make me picky and not easy to satisfy.



Kelsy and all of the rest of the sales, service, and parts staff do an excellent job of provding high quality customer service. They tell the truth and do what they say.



I've bought one new and one used Kia from Southwest in the last 18 months. There is a high probability that I'll buy my next vehicle from them as well.
