I've had back problems for most of my adult life and several surgeries. Nothing seemed to work until someone recommended Comprehensive Spine Center. The whole staff and all the doctors were great during whole process. I had one surgery and have been much better ever since. Thank you so much for all your help and I highly recommend them to anyone look for great spine center.

I've seen Dr. Farley four times now, for a consultation with scans, an initial treatment discussion, an adjustment and a follow-up.

I have to say that I am slightly amazed at the difference in my pain levels after one ten minute treatment. I've had back pain for years but since surgery last year its deteriorated to the point where I was taking daily painkillers and all the GP could do was refer me to the NHS physio who said there was nothing serious wrong and gave me stretches that made no difference.

On the day I went for the first adjustment, I was in a lot of pain. Even getting out of bed that morning had hurt, and I wasn't expecting miracles. I walked out thinking "What just happened?"

The pain had largely disappeared and I felt amazing.

A follow up scan a week ago and showed me the evidence... Apparently I'm a fast healer. I'm not quite fixed yet but hopefully in a few weeks it'll be sorted out. I can't believe I put up with the pain that used to wake me up in the night for so long when a few minutes of chiropractic made such an immediate difference.

Highly recommend Dr. Scott Farley and the center. Worth every single penny and I'm looking forward to a completely pain free back soon

The staff here is very attentive and courteous to the patients that come in. Had a short wait time and was able to see the doctor.

The office here was clean and I never waited long. I met with Dr. Farley and felt like he communicated well and spent a fair amount of time explaining what he was going to do. Friendly scheduling staff who worked hard to get em in quickly. Check in staff was helpful and nice. Dr Scott Farley was very patient and listened to my problems which started with a slip and fall and I just could n't get someone to see me. My low back pain kept me form working or even playing with the kids. Now after therapy and 2 injections I am back to my old self. Thank you.

Staff is very friendly and are attentive. Almost no wait time. Nurse practitioner is so knowledgeable and welcoming of questions.

Overall had a good experience at CSC. Wait time was decent around 10-15 mins and staff was helpful. Got a little confused scheduling but figured out the website.

following up with dr. farley after getting rear ended last month was the best choice I've ever made. My shoulder was in so much pain and with his help I was able to avoid any kind of surgery.

I'm not usually one to get online and write reviews about places but I was really impressed by the treatment I received from Dr. Farley. I absolutely hate going to the doctors because often times they tell me about how I have to pay for things that I don't really understand. Dr. Farley makes a genuine effort to explain things in a way that is easy to understand which says a lot about him as a physician in my opinion. I'm recommending him to everyone I know! Thank you!

I had a shoulder injury. I couldn't raise my arm above my shoulder. Saw doctors, physical therapists, etc. After a round of PT, they were recommending surgery. On a friends recommendation, I went to see Dr Farley. Within a month, he had my shoulder working like it should and I had full mobility without pain. I cannot recommend him enough.

Doctor Farley is the best orthopedic surgeon you can get in Dallas. The Comprehensive Spine Center actually CARES about their patients and make sure you are treated with satisfaction. Yes, it can be a long wait for an appointment but we need more doctors like this in our area.

Dr. Farley and his staff were so kind and helpful it made my whole experience just a little more bearable which was exactly what I needed. I hate doctors offices ack! thanks everyone!

I have gone to many spine surgeons over the years and I can honestly say this is the best spine surgeon I have ever been to. Dr. Farley saved my life. I had so much pain and no one could tell me what the problem was until I meet Dr. Farley. Dr. Farley preformed back surgery on me and cured me of all my pain. Dr. Farley listened to me and genuinely cared for me and saved my life.I can't say enough about this spine surgeon and his staff. I recommend this spine surgeon to anyone.

Dr. Farley took a lot of care when considering how to manage my pain and I appreciated the attention to detail that he showed. Excellent doctor 5 stars and nothing less
