This is a horrible company, I would never ever buy from them again, I have not had my business for more than 2 years, they constantly call! I have told them to take me off their lists, they hang up! Seriously people! Stop calling me!!! Are you STUPID! I don't have a business, what do you want me to buy, then when you call customer service, it goes to a voicemail! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! BEWARE, VERY AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

Believe the people below. This company is the worst one I have ever dealt with. They printed my only order wrong and refused to do anything about it. Now they call all the time and are beyond rude when told to stop calling me. They have threatened my business and swore at me but the always call back. Something needs to be done about them legally.

No Call Back!

I Bought 25 stainless steel mugs for a company Christmas present. When I received the mugs they were plastic with a very little stainless on it. The print on them was smeared and scratched. I gave away 4 of them to a few of my contractor. All 4 of the contractors called to tell me that there cups leaked. So when I got home I tested the rest of the mugs and all 25 leaked. I called Steller for 2 months with no return call. I even turned them into the BBB. They didn't even respond to the BBB. A sales man still calls me weekly.

Sales people are extremely pushy and agressive. They constantly call and their products are never printed as instructed. The quality isn't great either.

I was haggled into buying a bulk of pens 6 months ago..so after I began getting calls from telemarketers every couple weeks. When I asked to stop calling the guy told me he would keep calling everyday for the next 5 days and told me to f**k off!! I have never omg!!

The sales people are very pushy and they tell you lies to get you to order. I ordered some expensive cups from them and they are JUNK! I was horribly embarressed when a customer opened the box and the cup I had just given her in appreciation for a $400 purchase litterly fell apart coming out of the box. I can only imagine getting sued for someone getting burned from their coffee when the cup I gave them fell apart due to poor quiality. I will never purchase from this company again!

NEVER EVER, EVER ORDER FORM THIS CO! The comments here are true! This company will harass you to the point my receptionist has cried. This is beyond unprofessional! Worst mistake I ever made was order 1 set of ugly pens from this joke of a company!!!!!!

Read all the reviews before ordering from them. I wish I had! The salesmen are terribly pushy, wont take no for an answer. If they promise you can have three weeks to get your (cod) order, expect it in about a week. .... If you give them a debit or credit card payment over the phone as payment in full for the products, they may not send them and just keep the money or want double payment saying it was only half the payment. ........... At this time they have my money for pens that I ordered and are refusing to send the pens, saying that I only paid half of what they cost.. I ask why would I only pay half? It was their charge. I gave them my card number in good faith. When I try to call them, they are extremely rude to say the least. They have my money and the pens that I ordered. If they can live with it I can live without it, But, I would feel as if I was not doing right if I didn't share this. Ironically , they keep calling to sell me something else!!!! I would never buy from these people gain!!!!

To be fair, some of the people who work for them are honest, I am sure, but the one who took my money did it deliberately. Always order cod if at all. I want nothing else from them. The star ratting would have to be a minus, just insist on star ratting.

I am so sick of these idiots! First of all their phone number comes up as "Private name, Private number" which I believe for sales calls is illegal. They call up to 5 times a day and they only thing they ask is "are you the business owner" if you say no they immediately hang up on you. I have asked to be put on a do not call list and they just hang up. And of course when you call them back no one answers the phone. It's ridiculous! It's a disruption to business when they call back 3 or 4 times in a row!

I am so tired of this company calling me,ok first let me give you a few things of what happened,.they always call around 500pm and reps name was stella,LOL is that a real name with this,who knows,but this is second bad experience with them,last time she kept pressuring me,dropping prices and finaly she called me stubborn LOL ..what ever,and so then i had to hang up on her,and now today expecting a phone call from someone else,they call showing private number and same speech,this time,.she was so nastyl,i said i just ordered pens from another company,and she hung up,not even ok,they are ruthless,remind me of credit collectors LOL ..so stay aways from them,seriously people,i have a box of 500 pens just ordered from national pens. just received them today,so i was not lying.by the way this company did great national pens,anyhow just be careful,and ask them to remove them from your list,i was unable to get a word in edge wise,LOL it was the same rep that i spoke to last time,unbelivable,anyhow, i dont know if there not legit,but all i know is there horrible,and i would not treat my customers like this,

Thank god I read these reviews. After spending 15 minutes on the phone with this pushy telemarketer I read this and told her, sorry no! She first started out with a price of $198.00 for 500 magnets. Then she went to $178.00, 169.00, 158.00, 147.00 final price of $140.00 I thought this was kind of fishy that someone could play with numbers that much. I'm a business owner of 3 companies and if I did that to someone I know they would feel I didn't have great belief in my product. I then told her sorry but you DID have me sold till I read all these reviews. She tried to say it's not their fault and people lie. She will only collect 10% and COD the rest. I told her I did not feel comfortable now with what I read. I will stick with National Pen. She then went from being all sweet to down right rude. Saying well you know what?? I don't feel comfortable sending my product to you now on a COD. I said that's fine. I don't want it. She kept going on about how now she didn't like that I was believing what I read on reviews. I told her that's what they are there for. I just hung up on her because she wouldn't stop going on about it. DON'T USE THEM. I FEEL THEY ARE LIARS, THIEFS AND CRAPPY PRODUCT. SHADY PEOPLE!!!!!

Run, don't walk RUN. Not only do they not understand what don't call until XX date means but they don't identify themselves on the phone. The products they hock are crap and to make matters worse they have our business name on them. We will be filling a complaint with the appropriate AZ authorities as well.

I am in the process of trying to get money back from Stellar Graphix that they stole from me. My bank was charged with ABSOLUTALEY NO AUTHORIZATION. They will not return any calls or answer any e-mails. By the time I am done, this company will be shut down and the employees will have to answer to the charges of bank fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

NEVER, NEVER use this company. Once they have you in their system, you cannot get away. I am hounded by phone calls every month. I placed a pen order 2 years ago and have asked repeatedly to be put on the "Do Not call list". I gave up and now just hang up them.

I wish I head read these reviews before I gave these OBNOXIOUS people any of my business. First off, the "salesperson" Andrew was patently ridiculous, greeting me each call with the every-so-tacky "well, hello gorgeous". Second, they never sent proofs unless I DEMANDED it. Third, when they made a mistake, they blamed it all on me! Yes, I ordered more than once - my mistake....but I will NEVER use them again and will make sure that anyone I know will NEVER use them. They are just an awful company.

Do not deal with this company. They keep calling and calling over and tries to sell me junk I do not need. Please stop calling me.

Do not order from this place!! Everything people wrote in previous reviews are absolutely true. Not only are they rude and harassing but they are liers. I had to cancel an order and they said they never received the cancellation which I know they did because I spoke to someone. The shipment came anyway which I refused and it got sent back to the company. A week later I got a phone call asking me why the F... is my package sitting on his desk. I explained everything to him and he kept yelling over me calling me a liar and a d-bag and a bad business owner. It has been a week now and he still calls me everyday every 5 minutes harassing me calling me horrible names one of which is the c-word. He also brought my children into it calling them fat. He told me what he was going to do to me and it was pornographic! He even went on my facebook account and wrote some nasty lies. I swear I am not making this up. These people are straight up crazy! Luckily for me I have all the phone calls recorded to prove how nuts they are.

Stellar graphics called my husband about pens for our company. Wouldnt take no for a answer. Sent us pens that were cheap and half of them didnt work so i cancelled the check for the COD. Stellar calls back and some Darren is on the phone disrespecting my husband, me and our company. The comments were rude, sexual, sick. So Darren hangs up on my husband and calls back and leaves nasty sexual and rude messages. I will keep those messages for court purposes if it goes that far. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FOOLS.

WONT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER SALE MAN , TOOK MONEY OFF DEBIT FOR A C O D ORDER , IN JUNE AND HAS NOT DELIVERED ANYTHING, CALLED TWICE TO SELL ME MORE WHEN I TOLD THEM I WANTED THE MONEY BACK , THEY SAID TWICE NOW , ILL GO SEE ABOUT THAT RIGHT NOW , NEEDLESS TO SAY NOT A WORD TODAY I CALLED THE COMPANY, DEMANDING MY REFUND YESTERDAY ...
