Meeting with everyone was very comfortable and easy. They made me feel at ease about having my procedure done.

Dr.Shell and Brandy the nurse and lady at front desk were exceptionally kind, patient, helped me understand everything, answered all my questions, and just made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I am nervous about surgery, grateful and excited!

The staff was very knowledgeable regarding the process and expected outcome of the procedure I was consulting Dr. Shell about. Very through in the process regarding submission of necessary documentation to the insurance company. My visit was very informative and did ease any qualms related to this procedure. An excellent consultation.

From the moment walking in to the moment existing every aspect of the consultation was perfect! Great patient service and I felt as if I were with friends who cared the entire time, even before coming to the office to book the appointment! I enjoyed every aspect and every person involved!

Dr.Shell is a funny cool doctor that will keep a smile on your face, because he is just that awesome. i would refer anyone to him..and the staff is just as awesome as he is...never a dull moment.

AWESOME!!!! I absolutly love Dr. Shall and his entire staff. They are so friendly, and remember you by name. They were so attentive when I had a allergic reaction to some materials used at the office, and even came in on a few Saturdays when I was feeling uncomfortable and panicked!! I love love LOVE this place! they will always treat you right.
