While waiting for an oil change, I surveyed the showroom. Vaughn came up to talk to me and with some new incentives available for prior customers, I leased at 2015 Sonata and am very pleased with the car and with my salesman. Vaughn took the time to explain my options for leasing and eased my mind about concerns I had. He took the time to explain all features of the car and gave me time to think things over--no pressure. I am sure I will buy/lease again from Waikem and recommend Vaughn as your salesman.

Just bought a Veloster last week. They made the process easy and enjoyable. Love the car!

I would like to Thank Lee Giavasis for all of his help in helping me get the car I have always wanted and was unable to get until now. I had a lease vehicle that I had for two years and didn't like and didn't want. I went to Waikem Ford where Scott Griffiths a friend of mine is the Used Car Manager and asked him to look at my vehicle. I had only put 5,000 miles on my car in two years.. I let him know what I wanted and he called Don McHue at Waikem Hyundai and asked him to find the best salesman he could for me and he did. Lee met me when I pulled in and he came out to greet me. He asked what I was looking for and I showed him a beautiful 2014 Hyundai that I had seen in the lot. He was quick to assure me that if he didn't have one to my liking he would find one for me but I was pretty set on the one there. He checked out my lease vehicle and said he would call me the next day to see what he could do. I was awakened the next morning by a call from Lee and he found a way to get me my Elantra all I had to do was go there and do the paperwork. He kindly showed me all the departments while the paperwork was going through and he took the time to show every function my car had and what it could do. I have to say after being put in a lease vehicle that I didn't like and the fact it took two days in which I had to keep running back and forth I was extremely happy. Now I have a car that I own and one that I Wanted. I was telling Lee about a problem with light coming into the windows and he gave me a card of someone he knew George Zakham of Mobile ExPerts who was able to tint my windows the following day. The tint on my windows look great!!! I have always been given the run around in trying to get a vehicle in the past and this is the first time in my life I was treated with respect and was listened too. Not many salesman go the extra mile and Lee went further for me than that mile and I will be forever grateful to him for everything he has done for me. He still continues to ck in to make sure everything is alright and that I am still loving my Elantra. I took some of his cards on my way out and I have given out quite a few to people I know who are looking for a honest salesman and that would be Lee. If I buy again he is the person I would go to. Bob McHue and all of the waikem Hyundai family have been wonderful to work with. Bought a 2013 elantra from Bob this time last year. Found out my family was growing so I needed a bigger vehicle! My husband and I speak highly of Bob and of Waikem Hyundai, we had a wonderful experience buying the elantra and knew we wanted to go back to Waikem. Bob helped us get into a beautiful 2014 Sante Fe Sport. Its absolutely perfect and we both love it! This is the place to go and the guy to see for all of your vehicle needs!

I had the best car buying experience with Robin Monticelli! In fact, everyone was wonderful. I will refer all of my friends to buy their cars at Waikem.

I had a great experience at Waikem Hyundai. My salesman Vaughn was extremely helpful and willing to talk about all of my options including leasing, and also extremely knowledgeable about all of the processes. I Ended up leasing a New Sonata and i love the new car. I Will definitely return to Waikem in the future.

I had a pleasant experience leasing my new Hyundai Sonata. Both Erin Dawson and Gary Grant were helpful in my selection of a new vehicle. Car is great for gas mileage-went to the gas station yesterday-first time in over two (2) weeks!

We recently purchased a Mazda cx-9 from Robert and he was more than helpful. We have a 4 year old ornery boy who was with us at the time of the purchase. Robert was evenn helpful with him by finding things for him to do while we were waiting and also purchased a drink for him as well. We want to thank him for all of his help and we could not be with our purchase.

Just wanted to say that Vaughn was more than helpful on 6/21/14 with the purchase of my new 2014 Elantra Sport. He listened to my needs and wants. He did everything he could to meet and exceed them all. This is my third new car purchase from Waikem. I would not shop anywhere else for a Hyundai. Love my new car!! I just wanted to write a review about the excellent service I received this week at Waikem Hyundai. I'm now leasing a 2014 Sante Fe Sport and just love it. I have never driven a car that has such a smooth ride, that I could afford. I had (2) lease payments left on my 2012 Kia Sorento that I leased from Waikem, and I wanted to get into something smaller. I first spoke with Kent Witters. Kent was very helpful and so willing to listen to what I was looking for. Kent uggested I test drive a Sante Fe Sport so he introduced me to Bob McHue. I was so happy to have Bob as my sales person. He was so patient and kind. He answered all my questions and gave good suggestions and I never felt pressured that I had to buy/lease that night, but with Kent and Bob working with me I left Waikem Hyundai a happy and satisfied customer. I am very happy that I chose Waikem for my car dealership for the 2nd time and I do plan to return to Waikem and Bob McHue in (3) years when my lease is up.

I had such a wonderful experience at Waikem Hyundai in massilon! Lee G. And Justin S. made it easy to walk out the door feeling confident about my purchase! I would suggest anyone to go to Waikem for their next car purchase!

He is by far the coolest sales guy I've ever met. My experience was awesome. He did a whooo and it was the funniest thing ever. Very laid back and knowledgeable in sales. BEST EXPERIANCE EVERGREEN!!!
