The installation of the unit we selected (with required great creativity) was done efficiently and to our standards (which are high). Very satisfied!

More companies should be like Mr. Plumber. There was an honest mistake with my bill and instead of being difficult, they went over and above to correct it. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very apologetic of the misunderstanding and very pleasant to me. Even without that experience, I was really happy because the technician did a fantastic job. I called their office at 11:00 AM. The job was completed at 2:30 PM. Now that is service! The plumber, Dave, taught me all about sewage ejector pumps: the new one works better than the original one ever did. If every business worked like theirs, this country would not be in such trouble!!

I recently filled out a form asking questions about my bathtub faucet on Mr. Plumber’s website. Almost instantly I had a reply which I felt did a good job of informing me so I scheduled an appointment with them. When the service tech came out to my house, he diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. I was thankful because he did so without having to rip into my walls as the other plumbing company I contacted suggested. He was an exceptional plumber, so much so that I had him replace the PRV on our service entrance as well. The old valve was nearly 12yrs old and 85lbs of pressure. I also got a very reasonable estimate for a tankless water heater which I will soon have installed. I’m so glad I found Mr. Plumber. They now have another customer for life.
