I would definitely recommend this vet. What I liked best is that they explain every procedure, the cost and why they are doing it before they go ahead and do it. They answered all my questions and were very friendly and helpful. They truly care about animals and not just your money. Appointments are very quick and easy to schedule.

I needed a second opinion for my dogs cough & went to see Dr. Tesch. The results were great & I can't thank the doctor & his staff for being so nice & helpful. Thank you so very much. I would recommend them highly.

We never had a puppy before. We knew it would be a huge responsibility. Dr. Tesch has been kind and so informative. He is so gentle with our Lucy. The office is clean and the staff is so friendly. It's apparent everyone there loves animals. Whenever we visit the office, the staff calls the next day to follow up and make sure Lucy is well. They make themselves available for questions. I highly recommend to anyone.

We adopted a kitten from Dr. Tesch and the staff was very friendly and kind. They made sure our other kitten was up to date on shots before he could be placed in our family. You can tell they care about the animals. Little Oscar went home every evening with one of the girls until he could come home with us. Appointments are easy and quick.

First visit last week with Spencer....I brought him in with a severe infection/abscess above his eye from a "playful" bite from another one of our dogs. First of all, I noticed right away that the practice is clean and well run!

Dr. Tesch handled the stressful experience with ease, explaining exactly what needed to be done to get Spencer healed up. One week later and Spencer is back to normal and is enjoying his walks again!!! I recommend this practice to everyone!!! Thank you Dr. Tesch and supporting Staff!!!

I would recommend Dr. Tesch and the Macomb Center Vet Hospital to anyone! He definitely cares for your pet individually! They call the next day after appointments to check up on your pet and see if you have any other questions about their care. Great customer service! I don't feel like they ever try to "up sell" you either. They provide the care just as your pet needs. Happy to bring Penny here.

Been taking our yorkie to Dr. Tesch for 5 years. Office is clean and friendly. Dr. Tesch has given him great care from routine dental care to after hours ear infection- we can always count on him.

We met Dr. Tesch today and were happy with the services provided. He was kind with me and gentle with my dog. She wasn't nearly as scared as she was a our prior veterinarian. He was honest and I will absolutely be returning. If anyone asks, I know where to send them! It was also very clean. I can't say enough about this office.

Took my first cat Tinky for her first shots... great experience, clean offices and friendly staff. Booked her next checkup and Tinky is on her way to be a well fit house kitty! :-)

I had just gotten my puppy and was freaking out because he was coughing and hacking and didn't know what was going on! I called first thing on a Saturday morning and they were able to get me in and calm my nerves as to what was going on with Sarge! He had kennel cough and a bit of a snotty nose!



The staff is so WONDERFUL and caring! Dr. Tesch was great with Sarge and answered all the questions that I had (& I had lots of them).



I am so very happy that MCV is so close to my house and I feel better knowing that they care so much for my puppy Sarge!

Cannot thank this office enough! My sister pulled in with an emergency on her way to her regular veterinarian and they were very compassionate and kind! Where other reviews have claimed they wanted to "sell" all kinds of tests and such, I have to disagree. These compassionate people just want the best for our furry friends. To show how true this is, they did not even charge my sister ANYTHING for looking at her dog and letting her know she was stable enough to move on to her regular veterinarian. She would most likely have stayed there for treatment had her pup not been 13 years old and a well-established patient already under the care of another veterinarian. I'd say this hospital certainly deserves 5 stars and the winning of Best of the Best!!

My sister recommended Dr. Tesch when we adopted Skyler. This was a great recommendation because Dr. Tesch and his entire staff are just wonderful. Skyler tends to be somewhat of a drama queen when she visits the office, but the entire staff just showers her with affection to help ease her anxiety. I truly appreciate the outstanding care you give her.



Also, a special thank you to Vanessa for taking such good care of her when she had her surgery and had to stay over the weekend. It was comforting to know she was getting such great care!

We have only been bringing our dogs to Dr. Tesch for the last year but we are really happy with his service. He speaks to us openly and in a manner that is easy to understand. He was able to get us in immediately when our dog Lady wasn't feeling well and he was able to treat her and get her back to behaving like her normal self the same day. We have definitely found our vet of choice!

Dr. Tesch has taken care of my dogs for over twenty-five years. He is very friendly and knowledgable. I trust him to diagnose and treat any problem that may arise. His staff is very friendly and caring,too.

I used to see Dr Tesch, at my mothers recommendation in Mt Clemens. I then moved out of the area, just past Macomb Twp and was not able to drive out that way for services. I have been wandering from Vet to Vet for years, but was never satisfied with services/other vets. Dr Tesch is calming for the animals (and owners, too) and is extremely knowledgeable. I trust him wholeheartedly and was excited to see he was now very close to my home!

Dr. Tesch and his staff are very caring and knowledgeable at Macomb Center Veterinary Hospital. Always very friendly and gentle with our dog. Dr. Tesch always knows what is wrong and how to treat it. He cares about all his patients and has never pushed us to buy anything like a previous reviewer stated. I would recommend Macomb Center Veterinary Hospital to everyone.

This was my first time with this vet and his office. I'm new to the area and I have to say how pleased I am. Everyone was very helpful, and very professional . They made my worries go away. Thank you so much for all you have done for us. My animals are my life. Lastly, the prices are very affordable . I found my vet for life!

Dr.Tesch and his staff are so wonderful :-) I've been taking my pets for years. They absolutely love to go there, very caring staff and really takes the time to make your pet feel comfortable. Office is always clean when I'm there too. I haven't been to a more caring and understanding dr ever, very happy and will be a client for life
