Your company replaced my old rusty furnace with a bright new shiny one and it has been working perfectly since the job was completed. Ken Shannon has done this many times before and it was so apparent in the casual professionalism that he expressed throughout the whole experience. I was thoroughly impressed. He did a great job and I wanted you all to know he made everything happen and made it all seem easy. Before I retired I held the job of cable maintenance supervisor in GTE for many years. I supervised many men in those years and I found that there are only a few men who are self starters and who need little or no supervision. They go out and fix any problem at any time of the day or night and really don't need me at all. Those are the ones you would like to hang on to. The two men who came out and did the installation were two men you want to hold on to. Both Prosendo and Juan are professionals. They did a neat professional job. They were unsupervised as far as I could see and it didn't matter at all. They just went ahead and did the job. They were neat and clean both in their work and their demeanor. All three men impressed me and I am glad I chose your company for the job. If someone asks me for a recommendation I will gladly give them your number. Thanks again to all of you guys, we are very pleased.
