The guy showed up at the time the office said he would, that is important to me. He found the problem with my system and had it cooling again in no time. He explained my system was really old and I should think about replacing it. I decide to have one of their consultants come out and give me a price. The office sent out Ken, and again he was right on time. He went over the different options and together him and I found a new system that would work for me. The installation guys did a neat and professional job. I have had the system in for a couple months now and no problems.

Called these guy out to my house because me a/c was not working. A friend told me that they helped her out and did a nice job.

Brody-Pennell Installed a new Heat Pump in our unit as the old one was more than 20 years old. At the time it was costly, but the work was needed. Today I was scheduled for my free service and general maintenance. Juan was our technician. He was on time, friendly and even without asking he put slippers over his shoes to protect my wood floors (a very nice touch!). He changed my filters and even showed me connections in my AC/Heat Unit that I was not even familiar with. After the work was done he did a great job cleaning up all of the dust and dirt that was left on the floor. All in all a great experience and I may even consider a maintenance contract if the price is right. Thank you Brody-Pennell.
