Not only are the products they make really good quality, but their assembly instructions are easy to follow, there is easy access to customer support, and they offer good warranties. I really think they stand by their products, and I can see why, they are excellent. I am very happy with my product and will recommend them to others. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with NordicTrack. Their customer service is super helpful and friendly. I’ve called a few times wanting to know more before buying a piece of equipment. I’ve also called to learn more about an item I have. They have always answers my questions without making me feel uneducated.

All the products I’ve had experience with have been well crafted and made with quality materials. Most of their equipment has features I’ve yet to find on any other brand. They also have the ifit program which helps to keep me motivated.

The item was very easy to use, the battery lasts long that it’s useable immediately and they even included a carrying case to make it travel friendly. Got an elliptical from them about a month ago and have loved every minute of it. Well its a love/hate relationship, lol. It gets me pouring sweat and my buns on fire way more than my treadmill so Im generally hating life in the middle of my workout and then back to loving it afterwards! It was assembled pretty easily and the directions were step by step and you could follow them quite clearly. NordicTrack does offer you the 30 day subscription to iFIT that you can use through even your phone. I hooked it up within 5mins to my bluetooth and I was off to discover and explore! I have wanted an elliptical for quite some time as I have knee pain. This NordicTrack brand lives up to its name as it is very sturdy and smooth. Great new addition to my home gym.

Absolutely love the products to select from. Recently purchased the NordicTrack PulseTech Percussion Therapy Gun. It has been an absolute dream to use. It has 4 massage heads that you can interchange very easily. Additionally there is an excellent carrying case that holds everything securely. This whole item has been an absolute game changer when I have sore muscles. It is sleek and easy to hold. Has easy to read lights to inform you of the pulse amount being used and the battery charge. 100% love this product!

I am very impressed with a recent acquisition of a therapy massage gun made by NordicTrack. It feels like a very quality, professional product. It has variable speeds, a rechargeable battery that lasts a long time, and several attachments. Our family uses it daily on aching backs, feet, shoulders, etc. It's compact yet powerful. I was given the opportunity to get the product at a great deal if I would post an unbiased honest review of it.

Professional customer service. NordicTrack elliptical is a great, solid piece of exercise machinery. Great for all levels. The display is easy to read, controls are easy to manipulate. There are a ton of ways to workout-the intensity levels, the arm movements, wide base pedals fit very large shoes. I was nervous to buy, but glad I did. I use iFit with it. LOVE it. The instructors and very happy to be there and give lots of motivation. It makes you WANT to exercise every day and give your all.

I really love my massage gun from NordicTrack. I was blown away by how much power something hand held could have! The massage gun is perfect to use alone or with a partner. This company is amazing.we have a treadmill and it's wonderful! It folds up to save space which is a huge plus!
We use ifit in the huge screen and are able to have multiple accounts logged in and switch between them easily. The incline/decline and speed adjust automatically with the workout you're doing or you can set it manually and watch videos separately, or no video just manual settings.
Assembly was simple enough, and delivery was a lot faster then expected. We were lucky to get a discount in exchange for our unbiased opinion. My wife and I love it. Our daughter enjoys walking on it with us too!
