We first bought a Rio at Peak Kia a little over a year ago. But with winter coming fast , we decided to switch up to something with 4 wheel drive. Since our first experience at Peak Kia was so good, it was no question but to come back. Their we met John B. and he help us find the perfect SUV to fit our budget. I was referred by my friend to come to Peak Kia last month......Peak Kia were quick to greet and welcome me into the dealership. Shannon Nicoletti went above and beyond to make the sale happy and to make sure that I was comfortable with my Kia. There was no judgment from anyone. My first visit was to check the dealership out and my second visit was to purchased the 2015 Kia Soul. Both Shannon in Sales and Kristy Lawson in Finance made me feel very welcome every time I have called and come in. Shannon also did follow up and make sure everything is still going good. Do you ever go to a car dealership and the minute you step on the property you have 5 salespeople trying to be the salesperson who is going to sell you a car? Do you every start looking and you have to tell 10 people you are just looking and they they run off because you are "just looking?" My experience at Peak Kia is far from that. I was approached, but it was pretty much a hello without any pressure. I specifically said what I was looking for and was provided with some vehicles of what would fit me and not what the salesperson wanted to sell. My salesperson was Shannon, and he not only very friendly, but intelligent when it came to the vehicles. He also wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed to make a smart purchase. I also came across other people in the dealership, such as credit, reception, and service, and everyone was just so nice. For buying my vehicle here, I can tell you that I felt like a person, not a number and for that reason I will come back and buy another vehicle down the road from them. If you are looking for a vehicle, be sure to check Peak Kia out, and if you are looking for an awesome salesperson, give Shannon a try too!
