Great customer experience! Paul was fantastic getting me into a lease on a beautiful car. I have never had someone take so much time to walk me through the features on the car after I bought it! Very helpful. Corey was great blasting through the financing and Mike truly made me feel like part of the Kia family. Highly recommend

This was the second new vehicle we got through Peak Kia and our second time working with Paul O'farrell. The entire experience was so opposite from the stereotypical car-sales experience that I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. There was absolutely no pressure and no haggle on the price. Paul offered us a great deal from the outset (we had done our research) and despite our less-than-optimal credit, got us better financing than our own credit union was offering. VERY good experience all around.

The Peak Kia Sales team with its service and professionalism were just Awesome. I was most impressed with Their Integrity and How They made sure my deal & Price was the best one out there , I'd specifically like to mention Paul O"Farrell & GM Mike Byerly. I bought a 2015 Kia Soul from Peak Kia on 06/02/2015, and I’m still smiling about the experience. Hands down, it was the most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had. My sales person, Sophie, was amazing and she explained all of the features to me in a very clear way. She also went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. There were no high-pressure sales tactics to get me into a different, more expensive vehicle or gimmicks regarding the purchase price – she instead provided me with the opportunity to make the best decision I could make for myself. I love my new car and I highly recommend Peak Kia to anyone looking for a quality new or used car.

I needed a car and Paul O'Farrell was great. I told him what I wanted and he showed me a few Kia's I picked the one I wanted test drove it and within a matter of a few hours I was driving away with a Kia Sorento. They gave me a far price for my trade in which is important when purchasing a car. I would recommend Paul and this dealership to anyone who wanted a good experience purchasing a vehicle new or used.

After looking around and trying other dealerships, I eventually ended up at Peak Kia. Just an overall great experience. Grant was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

So many positive things to say and not a single negative! Grant Harrell took GREAT care of me and I found the exact car I was looking for. Everyone in the office was so friendly and welcoming! Grant took care of all the details and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line and I was off in my new car. This has been, by far and away, the easiest car buying experience. I have not so stellar credit but Grant did a great job with getting me set up on a payment that's affordable and they even worked with me on my down payment. I would recommend Peak and Grant and the finance guys to anyone looking for a new car. They even have massage chairs while you wait! How rad is that?!

Matthew and Joshua down at Peak Kia are such a breath of fresh air especially in the car business. I shopped around at a few other Kia dealers before I made my way into Peak and I received absolutely terrible service everywhere I went. Fortunately I decided to look up some online reviews and I saw that Peak Kia and specifically Matthew and Joshua rated higher than anybody else around. And let me tell you they surpassed my expectations and did such an amazing job that I have already referred my sister and one of my friends to them. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I would highly recommend the same.

Stopped in at Peak, with a great deal on my favorite car, the Mini Cooper. This process of purchasing a vehicle I dreaded. I meet Vickie, found the car, test drove and were driving in a few hours. Very efficient and a friendly environment..

Saw the ad Peak Auto Mart had run on Craigs list for financing ppl. with bad credit. Decided to give it a shot, stopped by and saw John Grant. he was able to readily get me approved for a car loan. I love the Chrysler 200 he got me into as well. Low miles and a warranty and good pmts. I'm in the process of re-establishing as well. Thank ya, John and the guys at Peak, peace of mind!
