I feel I can trust and rely on Brian and all the employees at Eagle Automotive to give me honest information and reliable service. We take our 3 vehicles to have any necessary work or preventative maintenance performed. When my daughter was in an accident I knew exactly where to have the car towed and knew I would be in good hands.

I enjoy listening to Brian on Drive Radio on 560 KLZ. We talk mutual interests when I come into the shop. I am most impressed with the Oil change package- ask about it!Jason Recognized my car as one of the rarer GM passenger cars, but still honest about flaws in the GM running gear. I will be retaining this car for it's rarity and I know I can count on Eagle to keep it sound!Daughter drives our Yukon to Westernaires and I can count on Bryan to keep her safe, for the car as well as towing safety!

Dealer had quoted a price to fix the car and I asked for a "second opinion". Eagle found a blocked vacuum line which saved me over $600!! Nice to have a mechanic who is trustworthy and timely!!

I recently had a 60,000 mile warranty service. Service was timely. Once again work was not done unless it was needed. This continues to reaffirm my satisfaction with Eagle.

I had a nightmare (to me) situation with my 2003 Subaru Outback. Brian and his team calmly solved all the issues I was having with the dealership and my car is running great. They went above and beyond what anyone might expect. I recommend this shop to anyone wanting quality work at reasonable prices.

1998 Dodge caravan. When I came in to Eagle I asked if a mechanic would do a ride along in my vehicle and give me an idea of what could be wrong. They pulled a mechanic off of a car he was working on and did this free of charge and without any promise that I would have them do the work. When I did have them do the work they comunicated well and did exactly as I asked, in a timely manner. I will definately be back and will recommend them to my friends and family.

I've been bringing my '96 Ford pickup to Eagle for service and repairs for about 6 years now. and my wife has brought her Honda there for about two. I'm sort of fussy about my truck and my wife's pretty careful about prices. Eagle has always bent over backwards to make sure we were both pleased with the service they have provided. We're relocating soon, and one thing I'll miss that I'm not sure we can replace is the professional, dependable and friendly service we've received at Eagle. As others have already said below -- no pressure, fair prices, great work, and some really nice people.

We are a relatively new customer to Eagle, but our first experiences have been great - quick response on diagnosis and turnaround on repair. Pricing seems fair and competitive. We've been looking for a good local option for service on our vehicles other than the big auto dealer service shops, and I think we found what we have been looking for. We will continue to use Eagle for our maintenance and repairs.

We have been using eagle automotive for years now, and they have been great. We just brough both of our vehicles in for oil changes and check ups. Brian answered all questions I had. I had my G6 into the dealership three times to fix a rattle in the front drivers side. The dealership replaced the intermediate steering shaft, the right front strut, and the entire steering column and still the noise was there. I took my car to Eagle and they fixed the problem (rack and pinion) the first time. The service was great and when it came time to payment they did everything they could to lower the cost. I will be taking my car back whenever it needs, and I would recommend to anyone.

Jason & Brian at Eagle Automotive were very helpful to me on any questions I had on my car. It has been a couple of years since my car was in for a tune-up, when I called to schedule an appointment Jason said first they would do a diagnostic test to see what needed to be done, I was surprised at that answer because the car dealer j would do a tune-up, not see what specifics needed to be taken care of. They were very patient with me & all of my questions. They had my car done in one day & in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will for sure be back!Thanks Jason & Brian

I brought my car in to fix the A/C and these guys checked over everything! Found that my drive belts were about to give way...Scary!!! and also something my usual mechanic should have found. Eagle will be my new mechanic for everything going forward. Thank you for your thorough inspection and resonable pricing. The free loaner car made it all possible too!

Just what I like in an auto repair business. Identify the "right" problem and quote a fair price and do the approved repair within the time that was promised. It does not get better than that. Last year, I purchased 2 x 4 prepaid oil changes for my car and my wife's car. The price was great. I appreciated the way the technicians were doing the job : no rush, thoroughly and with great care.If anything extra needs to be done on the car, you get a call explaining the situation with parts and labor prices. No pressure. Very reasonable prices.A very nice job overall.Jerome Cain

It is wonderful to have a small shop to take your car to, when you walk in everyone knows you and can answer any of your Questions .They are friendly and are also a big part of thier community to help give back and support. my Saab is happy there and so am I.They even have a loaner car to use if needed. It is great to know some place I can trust to take my car and wont get charged for unneeded repairs also no high pressure,they lay it out and let me decide what to have fixed and when. You Guys do a Great job keep it up !!

We've been using Eagle for at least 5 years for a Honda Civic, Toyota Sequoia and Ford Explorer. Their prices are reasonable but the quality of work and service is exceptional. Simply put, the owner and employees like working on cars and like making people happy - it's a good combo for people that keep their cars instead of buying new ones. Having worked on enough cars and machinery myself over the years, I've never found them to recommend unneeded service items. They do prepare a "heads-up" courtesy service list of things to be aware of and any associated costs so it's easy to plan for future maintenance items. They are always really busy. Since their neighborhood shop isn't on a major street, that says something.Mark Bremmer
