We first had our upstairs windows done a few years ago by ILL Energy. When it was time to get all downstairs done, we did our homework (again), got comparisons - not only on price, but on value, warranty and who was actaully putting in the windows. Once again, Ill Energy came out on top! We love that they don't use sub-contractors - they use their own employees who have a vested interest in making sure everything is done right. They are extremely respectiful, compentent and professional. I would highly recommend them. The windows are on outstanding product and they fully stand behind them (even the screens!!!).

I will be using them again. They all did a great job. Wife loves the work and that's what counts. Happy wife happy life.

We had a sliding door installed over the weekend and LOVE it! The whole process from picking the door, to ordering it, to having it installed was easy and the staff at Illinois Energy were helpful and professional. Our installer was on time, professional, and cleaned up the area very well. We would highly recommend Illinois Energy Windows & Siding!

Just had our front door with transom and sidelights completed in four hours. Install was done as scheduled professionally without a hitch. All was kept clean during and after installation. Installers were very courteous and professional. We just LOVE our new door. If you want a trouble free install Illinois Energy & Siding, Inc. is the way to go.

I am very happy with our new door with sidelights. It’s a very quality product and the installer was clean and professional. They have many financing options available.

I wanted to replace my patio door and a 3 section window in one of the bedrooms.
Illinois Energy Windows & Siding installed them yesterday. Beautiful job, the installation team was wonderful. They moved furniture where necessary, and showed me how everything works. Removed all the waste. They also installed
some of the siding that blown off in a winter storm. Everyone was very professional and if and when I have to replace windows in the future, I will use their services again.

We purchased 3 doors from Illinois Energy. Installation was done in a day and we were happy with the doors and installation. The installers were professional and respectful of our home. They walked us through the install and answered any questions we had. We would definitely use them again.

We had a patio door installed by Illinois Energy. The installer was very professional and did a great job. He repaired some unexpected damage to the floor under the old door at no extra cost. We are thrilled with the quality of the door and would definitely use Illinois Energy again.

We purchased a front door with two side lites from Illinois Energy which was installed May 10, 2018 - in THREE HOURS! From the very beginning of our experience with Illinois Energy to very end the professionalism and quality of service was outstanding. The door was a little pricier than I had calculated based on some big box store selections I had been eyeing but it included EVERYTHING - hardware, new interior trim, installation, etc. (which my imaginary figures did not include.) The quality and appearance of the door is also outstanding (better than my big box selections) and the big box stores don't offer a 20 year warranty. I also like that this is a locally owned company. VERY happy.

I purchased windows from Illinois Energy Windows for my home a couple years ago. The upstairs is 2-4 degrees cooler with the a/c on during the summer. The house has also been warmer in the winter. There are no longer any drafts in my house. Our energy bill has dropped nearly 40% lower after replacing the windows. Hands down the BEST energy saving purchase I've made for my house!

After much research, I was very pleased with the quality of the windows. Even better, the DK crew that installed the windows were very efficient with their efforts and the craftsmanship of replacing the aluminum trim around the windows was excellent. I would high recommend Illinois Energy. They make their own windows and the installers work for the company directly which means NO subcontractor who may not have a stake in the company. The Lifetime transferrable warranty is also a plus.

The whole process of working with Illinois Energy Window and Siding from the first sales call to the final walkthrough of installation, was our pleasure. They treated us with care and respect, and they were very clear when explaining what to expect along the way.
Our initial interest was for a quote on window replacement, but soon escalated to include a new front entry door with sidelight and an 8 foot, 2 panel sliding glass door. Our sales representative, Ben, was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He was also patient and kind as we shuffled kids and pets around to ensure we could give him our full attention.
Besides the exceptional quality of the products, the comprehensive and fully transferable lifetime warranty, made it an easy decision to sign on with Illinois Energy. Ben made himself available to answer questions throughout the process and was very prompt in returning text messages. The two gentlemen who completed the installation were efficient, thorough and respectful of our home. We had Illinois Energy install our windows back in 1999. We recently found that cold air was coming in at the top of the 2 windows and called Illinois Energy to get help. The honored the lifetime guarantee on them promptly and we are so pleased to be as good "as new" with no cost to us. I can most highly recommend this company to anyone needing this. Everyone was great from the initial appointment, to sitting down and going over everything, to the installation. The employees were very efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. They didn't try to sell us more than what we needed and were straight forward with the facts and details. They got the job done quickly and left no mess behind. Our windows even arrived and were installed ahead of the anticipated date. We can't wait to finish getting the remainder of our windows replaced.
