This is the second home we have used Illinois Energy Windows & Siding for, since we had such a great experience the first time. We have used them for both doors and windows, and have been extremely satisfied from start to finish. From the initial estimate (free) to purchasing and install, the timeline has been extremely fast. Their pricing is also extremely competitive and transparent. There are no random hidden fees, and they are flexible in their payment options, which is a plus! Their attention to detail and customer service is unmatched. We will continue to use them for all of our home window/door/siding needs. Highly recommend!

When Paul arrived to give us an estimate on our porch door, he was very knowledgeable about the structures of the house as well as the products they had. He was able to provide us with some education on the variety of doors as well as well as the process they are made. The office team was very helpful and easy to communicate with to find the perfect time for our installation. The actual day of the install was seamless. The contractors did amazing work and were nice enough to explain to me the entire process of the installation as well as any strange findings our older house presented. The new door brings a new life to our porch and is making us want to spend more time on it than before.

The entire process from the first phone call to the final installation was of the highest level of service and professionalism. They were ontime, respectful, knowledgeable and had a great selection of quality products. We were impressed with their attention to detail and double triple checking the measurements so that all went smoothly on installation day. We love our beautiful new front door! I am very pleased with the windows that have been installed by Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc. From the sales rep, Garret patiently answering all 101 questions I had about what windows would be installed, and why they were so good. Illinois Energy offered options for pricing, making it possible for me make this home improvement. The entire team was very professional, from point of sale, to the representative that took the measurements of the windows to be replaced, to the installers that arrived promptly on time. The installers worked quickly to install 7 windows the end of December. There were follow up calls from the office asking if I was pleased with the windows, the installation, and if I had any concerns. Customer service is part of the complete package that I do appreciate. Better yet, I can keep my curtains open now and not feel the cold draft that the old windows allowed.

Illinois Energy Windows have a great selection of products. This is our second purchase with them because we have been very satisfied with the first project. The staff is very friendly and they really listen to your needs. There is no hard sell or pressure to buy. The installation crews have been really good on both projects. They arrived at our house on time and finished as promised. The crew was careful with their work. There were no messes left for us to clean up.

Illinois Energy Windows & Siding my husband & I could not be more pleased with our recent fiberglass door installation. Joe visited our home (sometime in October) for an estimate and was very well prepared with samples, pictures of past installations, manufacturer brochures and most importantly, his knowledge. We were sold with his professionalism! The day came and Jerry (the installer) was very well-trained and he was totally professional. The install area was well protected, dust was minimized, debris was cleaned up and the quality of the workmanship was quite excellent! Jerry got it right the first time which, unfortunately, is all too rare these days. Way to go Jerry and many, many thanks!!! In conclusion, we are most pleased with the outcome and will certainly be recommending them to my friends, family and co-workers for their window and door needs!!!

My experience from start to finish was exceptional. I had old wooden windows that were starting to rot and wanted new white vinyl windows. Vince was very helpful and friendly in the showroom. Then Brian came out to my house the next day to explain the whole process, take some preliminary measurements, brought an actual window, showed me videos and gave me a complete quote. I committed to the project at that meeting and got pre-approved for the financing. He was very prompt and professional. Then Dominick came out to do the final measurements. The installers were also prompt and laid down tarps everywhere. They came out despite the freezing cold weather and installed 7 beautiful windows in a timely manner. I spoke on the phone to the general manager and to Jill and Shelby. All called when they said they would and were very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Illinois Energy Windows & Siding!

I have used Illinois Energy Windows and Siding at my current residence and at my previous residence. I am very happy with this company. The windows are high quality and have helped keep my heating bills down during the winter months. They kept me informed of the installation process. We were looking for a high end, durable, craftmanship front entry door and Illinois Energy Windows & Siding gaves us a solidily built Mahagany front entry door with custom side windows. The decorative elements in the window is beautiful and elegant including bringing in much needed light in the area. We have nothing but great reviews from friends, neighbors, and family!! Definitely gaves the aesthetic appeal we were looking for and much more!!

We had an outstanding experience ordering our front and back entrance doors from Illinois Energy Windows & Siding. Before contacting them we had gotten a quote from a competitor and definitely had sticker shock, after that we scheduled a meeting with Illinois Energy & Electric. They were able to meet with us quickly and the rep we met with, Paul, was on time, friendly, helpful, and gave his honest opinion. The doors came within the estimates time frame and installation was scheduled shortly after. Our installer, Jerry, was on time, very courteous, and did a fantastic job with both taking out the old as well as installing the new. I also appreciated that they also do their own installations and don't outsource them. Overall we have been more than happy with our experience. The doors look great!

They did a great job with everything. We got a window replaced and also a door moved and new windows installed.
They do more than just replace windows They will do the cut outs, siding, some electrical, drywall, trim. Pretty much everything you need.
There was a minor issue with the door they put in not beening adjusted properly and light was seeping in but they were quick to fix it.
There customer service has been very responsive. To anything I have had trouble with.
Definitely a huge recommendation from me.
