Dr. Rice was extremely nice and helpful. Everyday was great!

Got in right away on a follow-up exam. The assistant was very helpful. She answered all my questions. Thank you.

Everyone is always very friendly and I always get in fairly quickly even when it is busy.

The staff is always very friendly and the place is always very clean.

I am very satisfied and happy to have excellent opinion from the doctor. I will definitely come back here.

Great service! Very quick.

I could see how on a busy day, it would be a nightmare to come here with a sick child. However when we were visiting our in laws over the weekend, my daughter woke up with a fever and had no color. It was the weekend so we could not see her pediatrician even if we were home, but since we were in Lincoln, this Urgent Care was our best option. We must have come at just the right time because registration was very easy and the person at that desk was very nice. The information on the laptops works well and overall my daughter got great care from Bridget, who was just great with my sick little one.

This is a great place. Very courteous and attentive staff. They all took a great deal of time with my father. Everyone from dr rice to nurses were so patient and kind to him. I couldn't ask for anything better..friends recommended Dr rice to us since they all use it and my neighbors too. Great place!!

The doctors at this particular Urgent Care Clinic are really nice and actually seem to care about you. The doctor that they have in the commercials is usually at the Pioneers Drive location, and he's a condescending, effeminate jerk. He should not represent the business as a whole, since he's the only one that I would never recommend anyone to. I used to live right by the Pioneers office, and drove down to this one just to avoid that creep.
