The lady behind the customer service counter is outstanding in her friendliness, desire to assist and willingness to go above and beyond to insure customers get their needs met.

I had a major engine fail in my Soul. Kia has done everything possible to help me with this. My car will be ready to go within about 10 days. I thank Ashley, and the shop staff for all they have done to help me get my car going (very soon)! I will be a lifetime Kia driver thanks to Kia of Lincoln and Ashley in the shop!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart and Soul!

I went into Kia "just to look" on a whim about two weeks ago. Tom Huff came out to help me. He found me a car that meets all my needs and wants, that is in my price range, and they paid off my old car. rated Kia of Lincoln perfect across the board because they gave my fiancee and me a chance when I thought there was no hope in owning a great used car. Dealing with Chad Hawkins and the rest of the employees at Kia of Lincoln as unlike any sales experience I have had anywhere else. I know it sounds cliche but they honestly made it feel like a family atmosphere, they really cared about us as people and not just another sale. I would and will recommend them to anyone looking for a new of used car.

Of course there is no better Salesman than Billy BK. He worked with me for a year until my perfect car came in. He made sure it checked all my boxes and even brought it over with the paperwork so I wouldn’t have to be inconvenienced. He is the only person I will ever trust with any future purchases. I've ever been apart of.

My wife and I had a great experience. Our questions were answered right up front as we asked then. We test drove and looked at several vehicles with no push to hurry up and we delt with one person (Michael W.) through the visit and transaction. We would recommend KIA of Lincoln to all our family and friends.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Billy Keck. He is friendly, honest and professional to do business with. Estevan gave me the best customer service I have seen in years when I had a tow in with a flat tire. I think Kia is awesome in the service dept.
