THE WORST daycare I have ever come across. As an educator myself, I am appalled by the lack of care and concern for the children at this facility. The staff is not well trained and the Director is even worse. She is rude, uncaring and outright cruel to children. I honestly do not know how this place is still open. My child left after only a few weeks and I will NEVER recommend this daycare to anyone.

The staff is not adequately trained in early childhood development and the Directory of the facility is uncaring and rude.

I have been able to feel reassured and have peace of mind knowing that our daughter is safe and in very capable hands at Five Forks Academy. She loves all the teachers and her classmates. I love that the facility is very well maintained and clean. The teachers are instilling a love of reading and a thirst for knowledge in our child. We could not be more thrilled with the services we have received for the past 3 years.

My children have been going to Five Forks Academy since 2005. I would never take them anywhere else. My daughter started in the infant room at 6 months old and is now in GA Pre-K. My son started in the 3 year old room and is now in the aftercare program. I sometimes visit other schools in the area for fun just to see what they offer. I am highly dissappointed in the surrounding schools. There is no other school that can even compare to the compassion of the Directors/Owner and the staff. The management staff takes the time each day to say "hello" and even have a conversation with us. They are never too busy to be interested in me or my child's day. I have seen wonderful strides made by these fine educators over the 4 years we have been here. They keep the building clean, sanitary, nicely decorated and full of song and laughter. Even in the baby rooms....they are singing constantly with them and doing artwork! I visited the toddler room the other day and the two year olds were doing the days of the week! The days of the week.....at the age of 2!!! They knew them too!! It is apparent that education starts at infancy in this center. (My son is in the gifted program at his Elementary school!) I attribute all of that to his early years at Five Forks Academy! What's the old saying?....."Invest in your child's future!" Well they don't just mean to set aside a college fund....they also mean to invest in the RIGHT school, not just the cheapest place that will babysit him all day. The RIGHT school that will educate your child and give them a head start in life! Isn't that all that you could ever ask for your child??!!

I had my child enrolled at this facility for a short time and after being treated disrespectfully and unprofessionally by the administrative staff, I quickly decided to leave. Some of the teachers seem to be good while others are completely unfit to be caring for children. There are MUCH better places to take your child than here. I would NOT recommend.

Our ten-month-old son is in the care of these kind people, attending the five-day program for the wee ones. As any parent can probably relate, finding daycare to nurture your child as you do can be overwhelming. We feel we've found more than we could have hoped for at Five Forks Academy. The employees there, as well as the owner, create a warm and welcoming environment. The teachers in the infant rooms are cheerful, attentive, gentle, and try to listen and be accommodating to the best of their ability. The rooms are refreshingly organized, with the teachers maintaining a system to try to help keep the little ones, and parents, happy. The teachers also seem to work very well together. And, even at this young age, the babies are continuously involved in activities, including creating wonderful artwork (that really makes us feel special, too). We also absolutely love that they have a bit of outdoor time, when possible. The facility is quite clean, inviting, and comfortable. The tuition is reasonable for the area, and is, in fact, less expensive than similar programs in the area. From our experience, we can recommend infant care at Five Forks Academy as truly exceptional.

We have had our child at Five Forks Academy for 2 years. We have been extremely pleased with the entire experience. The center is clean, colorful, pleasant, friendly, and learning oriented. The owner, directors, and teachers are easy to work with and always have the chidren's best interest at heart. My husband and I would recommend this center to anyone we know.

My son has been going since he was 3 years old and really enjoys going. The school is always kept clean and organized. They have a great staff that is always attentive to my son's care. I went to at least 5 different daycares and found Five Forks Academy to be the most organized, clean, and modern school around. If there is ever a situation that might have occurred the owner along with her great director, Terri, are always there to help resolve the situation immediately. I would highly recommend Five Forks Academy to anyone that is wanting the best CARE for there child and not just a place to leave your child till you can return.

Our youngest son started at FFA in January 2008 in Baby B. He had some separation issues at first, but quickly became immersed in the loving and nurturing environment at FFA. Since then, he has progressed through the Senior Toddlers without skipping a beat. Our morning routine is made asy knowing that he'll be at FFA and he's very happy to oblige. My wife and I have seen marked development and interpersonal skills with his peers and know that he has the foundation for a great future. The facility is immaculate and the staff is exceptional. Our son loves FFA and it's even a pleasure seeing him want to stay at the end of a long day rather than going home.



Without hesitation, we would refer FFA to friends and strangers alike.

My daughter will never go anywhere else! I am a first time mother and was very hesitant to leave my child anywhere, but I know that my husband and I picked right when we decided on Five Forks Academy. My daughter started school when she was 8 weeks old and for months now, when I pick her up she is always smiling. Not once have I arrived to tears. She adores her teaches and all of the staff. Bring your children! You too, will love it!

I am a mother of three children, ages 11, 6, and 1. I am also an elementary school gifted teacher in the Brookwood area with 14 years teaching experience and four undergraduate and graduate degrees in Elementary Education, including an Ed.S. degree working toward a Ph.D. in Education and Reading. As both a mom and an educator with very high childcare expectations, I can tell you that Five Forks Academy is the BEST childcare center for your child. Both my 6 year old and 1 year old have had the good fortune to attend Five Forks Academy for the past three years. Our family has experienced the baby room all the way up to the Pre-K classes at Five Forks Academy, all of which are exceptional. The child-teacher ratio is low, the staff is well trained, well groomed, professional, and loving, the directors are helpful and caring, and the owner is welcoming and knowledgeable. Each child is given individual care and attention. Extra care is given to keep the children clean and fed and happy throughout the day. The school is bright and clean and each room is welcoming and filled with all sorts of child centered materials, including top quality books, toys, reading rugs, fish tanks, pretend play centers, dress up centers, quiet time area, and much more. The outdoor play areas have child-friendly play equipment, tricycles, and garden areas for planting. It is evident that the staff truly believes that no child is too young to learn. From the infant room to PreK, the children's days are well planned and full of academic and artistic pursuits. Enrichment for each child is offered at an age-appropriate level so that all children have opportunities to experience art and music and literacy every day, even in the infant rooms! There are also numerous options offered in addition to the regular curriculum including dance, karate, sports groups, book fairs, summer camps, field trips, and professional photographs. The staff communicates well with parents, giving daily reports in the infant rooms and monthly newsletters packed with important information at the other age levels. There is also an informative web page for the center that keeps parents updated with information about upcoming needs and events. And, of course, the director and owner are also glad to talk with parents one-on-one and are present at the center each day. As a mom, it has made it so much easier to leave my children in the care of others when my children are so happy and content the moment we arrive at Five Forks Academy each day. My 1 year old reaches out to her sweet teachers and smiles at them as soon as we walk in the door each day. I highly recommend this exceptional child care facility to anyone wanting the absolute BEST for their children and who needs the peace of mind each day that their children are in good hands and are being loved and well cared for throughout the day.
