Everyone was so friendly in this office and Dr Parva is amazing.

just when i thought there was no hope to get my normal body back i had look up on line and seen dr parva and made an appoment and gave it a shot when i walked into his office the setaff was cheerful and they welcomed me like i was family then after meeting dr parva i knew i could feel better about myself again i was very nerves to get this done but he helped me through it and i am 200 percent happy with my results and love my body thank to dr parva and his team

Im 48 years old and my large breast have caused me back pain, have been uncomfortable and made me self-concious since puberty. I was considering breast reduction surgery. Dr. Parva was recommended by someone who was built exactly like me. 5'4" with DD/E size breasts that do not fit our body type. I was immediately comfortable with Dr. Parva's easy gentle manner at my consultation and was confident that he understood what I was looking for. I left it up to Dr. Parva to determine the final size based on being proportionate to my body. I have to tell you I couldn't contain my happiness after the surgery at how beautiful the work he did was. I am absolutely 200% pleased with my new figure and have had more compliments since the surgery three weeks ago. No one can quite figure out what it is that is different but there is a notable difference in how I look in my clothes now not to mention how I feel when I look in the mirror. What drew me to PPSC was a glowing review for Sara Safa. In the past I had fillers for my smile lines, but really did not like the results and the bruises and lumpiness that came with it- as I have a very thin and small face every injection seemed to show. I had done a little research on using Botox for the same issuem and luckily met Sara. She is perfect in every way! Personable- beautiful- caring- and most important- SMART!! She knows her craft and is on the cutting edge of the technology! In any case, my smile looks the best it has in years (and she even helped me with those pesky "crows feet")! It was through my association with Sara that I decided to have abdominal lipo with Dr. Parva- and he is a dream! Although I am far from what I hope is the final result, he has been very kind to me and very honest with what I can expect in the end! I don't doubr it will be perfect- this team at PPSC is to die for! Thank you all!

I had abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with Dr. Parva in January and the triple laser procedure (IPL, Micro Peel and ProFractional) on my face with Sara Safa less than 2 weeks ago and am absolutely thrilled with the results I have received from both. Dr. Parva and his entire staff are truly one-of-a-kind in that they make every patient feel special while providing first-class patient care. At 52, I have never looked better and give Dr. Parva and his wonderful staff much of the credit for this.

Being a patient of Dr. Parva's Plastic Surgery Center feels like being a friend of this loving group of folks that make up his practice. I have found each person in the office to be kind, accommodating, caring and they all excel at their respective jobs. I feel listened to, cared for, and have received expert treatment from Sarah. With the use of various fillers and Botox, she has provided immediate results where I have lost facial tissue and had deeper wrinkles. She performs her services with great expertise and is a delight as well! I simply enjoy being in their office with the obvious calm atmosphere. I truly feel cared for by all the folks. I have had experiences with other plastic surgery centers and Dr. Parva's far exceeds them all. I highly recommend his practice.

I receieved a Profractional treatment from Sarah at Parva Plastic Surgery three weeks ago (my 3rd procedure w/ Sarah). Dr. Parva's office is friendly, professional and is in Class A medical office space. Sarah represents the top of her field and takes her work very seriously. This is my 3rd Profractional procedure and its not for the timid. Sarah continues to treat me as if its my first visit and always shows the utmost concern - she explained every step of the procedure as she was performing it and made me as comfortable as possible with local blockers, which was wonderful. After years of adolescent acne left me as a scarred and embarrassed adult... I now have a new life with the changes I have seen in the last year with my face... its been a life-altering experience for me and I have Sarah to thank for it! I would highly recommend Dr. Parva's office, and Sarah specifically, to anyone who is considering any facial rejuvenation - don't trust your face to anyone else!

I am a newly divorced woman in her forties. Between having children and weight fluctuations, my breasts were really sagging. I went to Dr. Parva because he is a board certified plastic surgeon and I was referred by a friend who was very pleased with her breast augmentation. I really liked the idea of a surgeon who did breast reconstruction doing my breast lift. Dr. Parva explained the differences between saline and silicone implants very well. He was very honest about what I could expect from my surgery and was very patient with all of my questions. I needed implants because I had a lot of loose skin and when it was removed it would have left me with smaller breasts. I didn't want to look too large for my frame but I didn't want smaller breasts either. Prior to the surgery, I was a 34-D and that is the size I am now. Dr. Parva got my breast size exactly right. The outcome of my surgery is awesome! I wouldn't go to any other breast surgeon and I recommend him 100%!Lisa in Ashburn
