They are very thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend them . There are no hidden fees and add on's.

I have been using Zerorez for a couple of years now and they have always done an excellent job from carpet cleaning and now my marble tile and shower at the right price! The guys are amazing! Always friendly and curtious and professional.

They were AWESOME from scheduling appointment to confirming to showing up early. David did a great job and was very professional, and didn't take hours as I expected.

Andrew arrived at our home today to give us an estimate for the work we wanted Zerorez to perform. Our carpeting was new 4 years ago, and though we have no pets, there were spots definitely in need of HELP...like in front of the couch where we snack on cookies or crumbley things while watching TV ! ;-) It looks so much better!!! The bedroom area rug was brought back to life with beautiful colors. We are very pleased with Andrew's service which was done efficiently and respectfully by a fun, friendly professional. We will definitely recommend Zerorez for excellent service with a smile!

Service provider (Ryan Poole) was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable about the product and; as well as, the necessities of regular maintenance and service. He greatly excited us as we began to see, before our own eyes, the immaculate change that was occurring in our home. The renewed beauty and freshness has made us extraordinarily proud and will motivate us to further recommend Zerorez as THE go to carpet and tile cleaning company! Ryan Poole cleaned our carpets and he was such a delight. He was kind, prompt, and considerate. We really appreciated him working around our cluttered furniture. We've had our carpets cleaned before using other businesses, but we're definitely staying with this company from now on. For an idea of how the pricing went, the cleaning of four rooms, a hallway, a staircase, and pet treatment for all of them, it cost around $400.

Had my carpets cleaned today and they look amazing! Eddie our technician took his time to explain to me about my protectant that he put on the carpets for cleaning! He also explained what to do if my pet has an accident etc! Thank you Zerorez!

Very professional. Rep explained the process and materials used in cleaning the carpets. Since I also have tiles in my home, I asked to see a tile cleaned. Once done, I saw such a difference in color that I had tiled cleaned in my kitchen as well.
