The customer service was great. Prompt service and I have been referring all my friends to you guys.

We bought a car from them. Before we did, we had them pull the cars history report. We had three people tell us it was clean, showed us some paperwork that said it was. Yet, within a week we started noticing issues. We then had a report ran. Not only had the car been in an accident with major damage, but was also stolen two months before we bought it. These people are selling cats with hidden damages. Read many reviews, they all say the same.

I purchased a car from reliable auto about 2years ago and I have had nothing but issues with the car since I bought it. It came with a very limited warranty. I think it was 90 days. I had taken the car in the first week I had it because of tire pressure issues and before the warranty was up I had taken it to their shop at least 3 times each time with them giving me the run around and brushing me off. Not to mention the car only had one key fob when I purcha it and they promised me they would provide another one which did not happen so I ended up spending almost $400 on a new car key when my original key was stolen. In total I have had at least $2500 in repairs on this car and it still has issues. I was a first time car buyer and I rea truly feel taken advantage of. I would never recommend this joke of a dealership to anyone. I over paid for that used lemon both in the price I paid for the car and also in the numerous repairs I have had to make and continue to make.
