I have Been coming here for years I think Dr. Ponce and staff are outstanding I will never go anywhere else

The receptionist has always been very sweet, kind, listens to my concerns and needs. Has a great personality with an awesome sense of humor that makes you feel at home, which is always being a wonderful experience.

After four years at LVOS, my visit has always been wonderful, and a great experience. Dr.Ponce and her staff have always treated me kind. I will always return to Lvos for my exams.

Came in for an emergency-crown fell off front tooth when we were getting ready for a night out on the town. They took me right away and gave me a temp crown as mine had broken and was not mendable. They pretty much saved my weekend!

Sandra, Patient advisor, was so helpful and understanding--with regard to financial obligation of patient responsibility of co-pays. Pleasant to talk to.

Everything went very well I'm very happy with Dr and service .

Heather in the back had a very caring approach with my kids, since they were very anxious. The staff was very friendly and nice, I got my wisdom teeth removed plus an extra and I was in and out of there in an hour. I can see how my mom was recommended here! Dr. Martin was amazing. Very happy with his work. Everyone was professional and courteous. Thank you all very much and I will be back when I am ready to have the others removed.

I did a consult with Dr. Martin and I was very pleased to see how attentive he was to our consult. Makes me feel very confident in making a decision to my treatment. Plus it feels good not to be hurried and brushed away.
