Not only is he a pleasure to work with, but his staff is wonderful, as well. I was greeted openly and with a smile constantly, making for a seamless experience until I walked out the door. Everyone in the office has such compassion for the patients. If or when I decide to receive another procedure, another surgeon is not even a thought. Dr. Smith exceeded my expectations and will always be my first and only choice!

DR. Lane SMITH is a rude surgeon. I had some concerns about my b augmentation results with him and he denied my concerns and feelings.. He acted childish concerning my scars, he never told me to massage them in order to thin them out and on my last post op appointment with him, he blamed me by yelling at me saying I'm not doing any good about that.. It came from nowhere! I was telling him how my left b feels hard and uncomfortable when the right b feels soft and like my own. I told him also that the two b have noticeable different shapes and sizes and he kept denying it.. At the end of the consult he was impatient with me and said you should go bigger on the right one (when I told him the right one wasn't the issue) and he left the room unexpectedly and left me there half clothed wondering if it was time for me to get f out! Never saw him again never will never would recommend him!

My experience was AWESOME!!! Dr. Smith was great from the start to finish, including his entire staff & anesthesiologist. I was referred to Dr. Smith through a friend and coming from Hawaii, we don't always have the best & most affordable options...I was shocked by the costs comparison from Dr. Smith to my rip off in Hawaii...Dr. Smith is definitely a perfectionist & very, very thorough. Like others said, he gives you his honest opinion and gives you what you want. I had an infection prior to chest reconstruction & I was jus seeing him for a consultation & he gave me medication to handle my infection, even without being a current or previous patient...THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE & AWESOMENESS!!! They are worth taking the trip from Hawaii...I will be back ;-)

THE BEST!!! The whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Dr. Smith did an amazing job. I look natural and proportionate...he listened to my needs and desires. The office staff was so nice and friendly and attentive!!!

Dr. Smith does amazing work, he did my mid face lift. He does not over sell. He does GREAT augmentations and lifts!!!! PHENOMENAL!! I will be going back for that next!!

When I was sitting in the room waiting to see Dr. Smith I was so nervous, I was not sure how I was going to disrobe as I was used to seeing all female doctors. When Dr. Smith entered the room I was overcome by his demeanor and it brought a lot of peace to what was a very stressful situation for me. he spoke to me as I was a person rather than just another patient, just another procedure. I was so thankful for his gentleness and compassion to what was a very embarassing siutation for me. He took his time making sure I was aware of all the possibilities that could happen with liposuction. I had expressed to him that I saw another surgen that basically said my situation was hopeless and I needed to accept my imperfections, I was so upset by this. He had faith that he could improve my situation, I was so elated to hear him speak and put my mind at ease. I did have surgery and it went great! I am so thankful for everything he did for me, he gave me hope that perhaps with him and effort on my part I reach my goals and not have to settle with the parts of me that were flawed.

During my initial consultation, I felt your honesty when you spoke and saw so much goodness in your eyes. I appreciated your compassion, gentleness and ability to make me feel comfortable. I wanted to thank you for all you did for me and no words could express my sincerest gratitude. I am so grateful I came to see you and grateful you chose to treat me.

The staff are knowledgeable and kind and made me feel very comfortable from the first phone call until I left after bandage removal. Especially Heidi, who kept me calm and relaxed when I could have been climing the walls while I waited my turn. But most of all, I hope you realize what a gem you have in Dr. Conway as well!

I feel like a different person but not just from my tummy tuck, you made me remember tha tI used to love myself as a person. There are really no words to let you know how much I appreciate your kind words and your caring nature and your hugs :) You might have conversations like that with all of your patients and that wouldn't surprise me because you are such a wonderful man.

Dr. Smith is so caring and his attention to detail is appreciated. I had juve and Botox this time and he was right again! He added a bit to my lips that I was skeptical of but I am very pleased now. I've already given his name to several friends. The staff is kind and considerate and it's a pleasure every time.

I had a procedure done with Dr. Smith and I just wanted to thank everyone for being there and making sure that everything was ok. I really appreciated that you called me the day before and that you were so personable then and before surgery. That helped me because I was very nervous and quite scared. I am very glad that I chose Dr. Smith and that you are part of his team.

It is so hard to find a trustworthy doctor that doesn't just think about money or themselves. It is very difficult to make the decision to have surgery in the first place and to come up with th emoney to have it done, and such a life changing one at that

Dr. Meli is always there for you he has never turned anyone in need away ever! He has been my Dr. for over 25 years he is my husband and daughters too (22) years now!

He has always been right on top of my health issue and always right on the money and let me tell you I have a lot of issue so I trust him 110% with my life.

Pregnancy and child birth left me with a version of myself I wasn't comfortable with, but you've helped me get back some of the confidence that I lost and the happiness I feel when I see myself.
