Fantastic service shop! This is the first shop I've been to that values good customer service as much as quality of work. They're upfront and honest; a very refreshing change from dealers and every other mechanic I've ever used. They'll listen to your description and tell you the cost for the worst case scenario before they open up your car. Other places tell you the cheapest repair cost and then tell you all the other things your car needs once they begin the work.



Furthermore, if you bring them an estimate from another shop, they'll tell you which are the most critical repairs and which can be handled later; very helpful when you need to save money and keep your car on the road. And if they can't beat the competition's price, they'll tell you and still treat you with respect.

Being a recent college graduate who is unemployed, hearing you need your radiator replaced isn't the best of news. I was pleased to hear that the estimate I got from High Tech Trans the price is less than anywhere else around. The job was done in 2 hours. Great local service!

If you have a transmission problem or a problem with your car, you MUST go to High Tech Trans. I've dealt with them at High Tech Trans 3 times w/ 3 different vehicles over the past 5-10 years.
