I was skeptical at first. Refill companies have been a major disappointment in the past. This company has provided a quality item at a reasonable price. I have not had any problems with their cartridges to this point and I do recommend them to my friends, family, and coworkers.

We have been doing business with Associated Supply for over 5 years and will not consider any other company. They are fast, friendly and very efficient and we appreciate the awesome customer service!!

My contact is FRED. He is friendly, helpful and always makes sure he listens to my requests. I give him high marks for always being there when I need supplies.

I have been using this company for 12 years now and their customer service is fantastic. I save on my office supplies for my printers/copy/fax machines and it is so easy to order. Siemone is wonderful. I can just call and she knows all of the printers we have and can tell me or remind me if I need anything for them. I can just call and tell her my colored printer in the back office needs magenta and she has such amazing notes she knows which brand it is and what toner it needs. We have several color and black toner machines in different offices but she gets it right all the time. She has never been to our office but it's like she has the visual. The shipments are so fast as well. Siemone is always my go to gal for toners and inks, including our stamp machine because I can rely on her and her company 100%. This is so rare to see. I appreciate what she does and how well the company is structured. Thank you for all you guys do there and thank you Siemone for always being friendly, professional and on time with all my orders. Now that is 12 years of perfection!! Great job!!

I started years ago with my sales person Laurel Williams. She was always great and amazing to work with. When she left we cut down on what we bought until I got a phone call from her husband Larry Williams. Its always a pleasure to hear his voice on the phone when he calls to check on our stock. Since purchasing ink from Mary several years ago I find worrying about running out of ink and overpaying at office stores is not a thought. Mary is pleasant and very personable to work with. Thank You

We order ink and they said it will last for up to 600 pages and it only print 100 pages, and the customer service is the worst. Never again we are using their product, really bad experience.

Sam is great! Friendly, upbeat and professional. It is a pleasure doing business with him. Never had an issue with products or service.

I give Associated Supply a 5 Star rating. My rep Sam Pippens is the best saleman I've ever had. He is very helpful with all my printer and copier needs. The cartridges last much longer than the ones I was previously using. Everyone I have spoken to there has been very nice and helpful.

Fred Stowe is the best! He has been my rep forever and I just love the way he calls and really talks to me instead of just asking if I need ink. Fred makes sure that I am happy in every way with my purchase and in fact he just helped me decide on a new printer!
