My car was towed in on a Thursday afternoon and lucky for me it was done by Friday for the weekend.

This place seems to have improved quite a bit since the last time I was here a few years ago. The guy at the counter seemed pretty knowledgeable--explained things well--and not trying to rip me off or giving me a hard sell on additional repairs. The technician also caught that my parking lights were burnt out. They were pleasant, courteous, professional, followed up to let me know when they were done. Very pleased with my experience. One of the additional repairs they quoted me was cost-competitive; the other less so. I'll be coming back in any case

HA! one of the other reviewers beat me to my review! I'm going to agree with albert, that American Auto is indeed the best auto shop in Vegas. The guys are so friendly and more then willing to help out a customer. You receive service here that you just cannot find elsewhere.

American Auto Care is always polite and shows great customer service. They fixed up my car the same day I brought it in. They always take care of me.

My boyfriend swears this is the best auto repair place in Vegas. I however had my own personal favorite shop, which happened to be closed the day I needed to take my car in. I tried American Auto without letting them know my boyfriend frequents. I received awesome, and fast service from these guys. I would certainly recommend them.

American Auto is the best auto shop in Vegas, hands down. All these ratings do not lie. They are quick and good. I definitely recommend any service they provide, they are the only ones I trust with my beloved car.

They have great customer service. They actually came and got and towed my car to the shop.They were able to find the problem quickly and fix it same day!!!

Excellent customer service over at American Auto Care. They are fair, knowledgeable, and go well our of their way to make you happy. I have been getting work done at this shop on more than one occasion. and I have been more than satisfied after each trip.
