Staff is polite and professional but very friendly at the same time. They treat the animals as if their own and have every thing done on time. I really love and trust this place. Highly recommended!

This place is fantastic! The staff goes above and beyond to care for my animals and the place is absolutely spotless. The price is fairly reasonable, but it is well worth it for the health of my animals.

I have a very small t-cup chiwawa that is my world, but I just recently started a new job and I had no one to leave her with. Because she is so small, I worry that they might forget about her or that the other bigger dogs might play with her and she could get hurt. But they know exactly what to do with each animal, and always take great care of them. They won my trust and I will continue to take Mindy here. Thanks so much!

I am a huge fan of A-Vip Pet Resort and more importantly, so is my 6-month old golden retriever puppy. He loves it there. The staff greets him by name and did so after just one visit. The place is spotless and best of all he comes home completely happy and tired.

Since I live in Vegas, I first took my dog to a nearby daycare but she didn't enjoy it. I picked her up and she seemed frightened. Since I work very close to A-Vip Pet Resort, I figured I'd give it a try and have been super pleased. My pup LOVES coming here (I take her once or twice a week)--so much that, when we walk through the doors, I have to hold onto her so she doesn't jump out of her carrier with excitement. The staff is just lovely. Everyone knows my dog and greet her warmly and go the extra mile to make sure she's safe and happy (even pointing out when "poos" don't look quite right, recommending skincare, etc.). I also really enjoy being there.

LOVE this place! Love the people, love the staff, love the other pets that board there, love how knowledgeable they all are and I LOVE how much they love my dog! Dropping off is a pleasure, my dog breaks the door down to get in. Picking up at the end of the day is another story, he never wants to leave! I have to beg him and bribe him with treats to get him out the door at night and sometimes even that doesn't work! Try them out, you won't be sorry!

All of the other reviews have said it, and I totally agree. Not only are the prices more than reasonable (about HALF what I paid previously at petsmart), the people and the atmosphere here are top notch. Additionally, the people who work there are incredibly knowledgeable. I brought in my dachshund who has had back problems, and before I could even get into the explanation, the woman working there already knew exactly how to handle him and even gave me some suggestions of over the counter supplements that could help him in the future.

My girlfriend and I are pretty picky when it comes to selecting services for our family. Props to A-VIP Pet Resort, they are reliable, trustworthy, and convenient. We went on vacation for a week and we were very happy how they take care of Cocoa, our 2 year old Poodle. We were a little concerned about leaving him since at the time we had only had him a short time from the pound a few months prior, but when they met he was playing with one of the staff and seemed so happy. I would highly recommend A-VIP Pet resort to family and friends!

We took our daughter on a cruise for her graduation. The only problem was the ship wouldn't take her jack russell. Thank goodness for A-VIP Pet Resort. We took her dog for 7 night boarding and were quite pleased. It's hard because Shelly's dog is like her child but the people there seemed on top of things and also warm and welcoming. Apparently from the staff, Ernestine seemed to like playing with the other dogs. She called to check up on her and they gave her real info like how much food she was eating and his bathroom details. Shelly will definitely use them again.

We have been taking our Lab Ava to A-Vip Pet Resort for awhile now and this is the best place we have ever left her. She comes home relaxed and well adjusted - there have been other places we have left her where she seemed traumatized by the experience. The staff is so kind and loving. You can tell that they love working with the dogs. There are always fun activities to sign her up for and we love seeing how much she enjoys going there. You cannot go wrong leaving your dog with A-Vip Pet Resort .

The cleanest,safest and most exclusive Pet Resort. My dog enjoys being here, I trust the staff and that they would take care of my dog.

I've boarded my very finicky chihuahua here two times, and both times it has been obvious that she'd been treated well. She didn't lose any weight (in the past, she has refused to eat because she hates the kennel so much) and has not pooped on the floor when she gets home (in defiance, I'm assuming). Both are solid indications that she's well taken care of and comfortable at the kennel.

I had a negative experience here too. I had boarded my three dogs there while I searched for a home that would allow "3 aggressive breeds" and I was paying about $600 a month in boarding fees (i brought my own dog food). I started having money issues and asked if I could pay them partially. they said no. So I showed up the next day to give them half of the money I owed them for the month and they resfused to take it and said my dogs were given away. They refused to tell me where they were unless I paid them they money! I didn't because they gave my dogs away.That was about 8 years ago. I have called to find out what ever happened to them and make sure they went to good homes, at least. they won't return my calls. The owners are chow breeders and have some of their chow chows as show dogs. Be very careful with these people.

The groom done in here always turnout great. They must do something good because my doggy actually enjoys coming here when I bring her. I am greeted with a friendly smile. I love it.

The Owner of VIP pet resort is PURE EVIL, I read ALL the reviews and I wanted to give this Wicked person the benifit of the doubt before I wrote this review, DONT BRING YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS - its very a bad place, and I learned the hard way of course. Dont even THINK of dropping them off in any emergancy situation.

Jennie is very active and most curious. The staff was more than friendly and kind to her with many stays last year. The staff full filled our directions for caring for Jennie and she loves going there. More fun and lots to do! A great place for dogs who like to play and relax.
