Cascade Relocation did a great job on our move. I didn't know anything about the moving industry but Brian patiently walked me through all my options and helped me to figure our what kind of move I really wanted. After we set it up, they were constantly in touch me, going over how every detail would work so I felt completely comfortable. On moving day, the movers were exceptional and incredibly fast. You could tell they were pros. I have absolutely no complaints. No one likes moving but Cascade made sure that I had no worries and no regrets.

I filled out some form online and suddenly like 8 different moving companies started to call me. What I really like about Cascade was that they really seemed to care about my specific moving situation and not what they could sell me. That's why I chose them. Even though they were not the cheapest price I felt most at ease with them. They gave a detailed explanation of the experience and everything was as they said it would be. They kept in contact with me throughout the whole process too. All in all really good experience.

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff & they made my move very easy and stress free! Highly recommended! A month ago I decided to move from Washington to Idaho. From the moment I contacted Cascade Relocation regarding about my situation, I knew they were the right choice. The sales rep Matt was very helpful answering my questions & was empathized since I wasn't sure if my things would deliver undamaged. But as my move was completed, I checked the inventory and did not notice anything damaged or missing. Thanks Cascade Relocation for being so professional and providing awesome services!!!

I heard nightmare stories from people about moving companies and everything that can go wrong during a move. I started to worry about how I was going to move my stuff and not end up just another moving horror story. I did a lot of research and made a ton of phone calls. The whole process is slightly overwhelming. I decided to use Cascade Relocation and after the delivery of all of my stuff, I understood that I made a good choice because that was quite a task for any company. Moving from Oregon to California in 4 days is not a joke! They are professional, honest, and friendly. The move itself went smoothly and I did not end up being just another horror story on the books.

I called Cascade Relocation to get a quote and spoke to their sales rep Matt. He was so wonderful and a pleasure to talk with. He explained how the company works and answered a ton of questions that I had and he did it all with a smile. On the day of the move they came in the time window they gave us and worked hard to get everything wrapped up and on the trucks. They were very professional and friendly. Very happy that I chose them to handle my move and everyone should give them a call to help with any moving needs. Another thing, I need to mention that the cost of our move (Colorado - Oregon) was obviously less than any other moving companies.

My job was relocating me from Oregon to California. I needed a reliable moving company which can be very careful and respectful with my items. My house was given to me by my late parents and I had a lot of sentimental items in the house. I was very concerned to let a stranger touch my valuable items. However after talking to their sales salesperson Brain, I felt very confident that my items will be safe with his company. He assured me that the movers will be very respectful and careful with my items and believe me the movers were very professional. The whole move was easy and without major problems. I would recommend Cascade Relocation to my friends and family looking for an easy move.

I just wanted to tell that how impressed I was with the crew of Cascade Relocation. They helped me with a very hard move (long distance move – OR - WA) and they stayed cheerful, helpful and worked really hard with no complaint and great attitudes. I was very impressed and appreciative. I was more than happy to receive all my belongings at the other end of the move in great condition. It was a very quick move which did not cost me more than the quoted amount. This company has a great team and I will recommend their service to all my friends.

While moving to Colorado from Texas I used Cascade Relocation because of the deal that their sales rep Kate offered to me. When I was talking to her, she seemed to be very confident and she knew what she was talking about. I booked them for the move and now I can say that I did not make any mistake by hiring Cascade Relocation. Their team showed up on time, did the packing and moving effortlessly, made the delivery before the schedule and ensured the safety of my goods. There was not a minor mistake from the beginning till the end, price was identical with the quoted amount and service was just too good. I thank Cascade Relocation for their world class service and very reasonable price.

I used Cascade Relocation for an office move. But I contacted with many other companies but it was Cascade Relocation which offered the best price. being honest I never expected to complete the entire move within just 4 hours and without any damage but they managed to deliver a lot better than what I was expecting. The team which arrived must be one of the best in business. They knew what they were up against, they planned everything perfectly and executed the entire move without a hitch and did not even charge me a single penny more than the quoted amount. Great service all around. Excellent communication skills, which allowed for a smooth transaction throughout. My stuffs were taken care of as if they were their own. Nothing was missing or damaged. It took only 4 days to receive my belongings at Dallas from Seattle! I personally checked the inventory and fortunately did not any reason to feel disappointed. All went smooth as silk and cost me a very decent amount. I do recommend Cascade Relocation.

I want to say many thanks to Matt who is the sales rep of Cascade Relocation for offering us the special deal and thanks to their movers for the professional service while moving us from Washington New York. This was the easiest move that I've ever done while considering the distance between WA to NY. I have to admit that they did more than what I was looking for. I never thought I would receive all the belongings without any damage at the other end and within the allotted time but they made everything possible! Cascade Relocation is surely a great company.

First time I rented mover. I shifted to Montana from Washington and involving crews were incredible especially my sales man Brian was very friendly and communicative too. Indeed it was my great moving experience. They called a few days early to ensure and presented on time. I didn't find a carton for my TV and so they covered it up properly, no scratches at all! I heard all these warnings about movers - they offered me a flat price and stuck to it. I would probably use Cascade Relocation in the future. Extremely fast, lovely and professional.

I am writing this review to congratulate the professional working atmosphere of Cascade Relocation. Everything they did while moving showed their commitment to quality and insistence on not letting anything fall below the standard. Anyone who wants professional work should hire Cascade Relocation. For anything else in the world, they are known for professionalism and they truly justify their quality work.

I hardly used any professional movers before using Cascade Relocation during my move from Colorado to Idaho. They were referred by my cousin. I called them and received the quote in no time. We have seen them performing during our recent move from Colorado to Florida where they did not give us a single chance to complain about anything. They were assigned to move all our belongings from Colorado to Washington. They have completed the task to the perfection. Their movers were extremely hard working and focused. They never ever let anything dominate over them. They kept the basics right, did not do anything fancy, never tried to experiment much. They simply displayed how to execute a long distance move so effortlessly.

After experiencing a great move by cascade relocation I have decided to use them whenever I need moving service in future. They moved us to Colorado from Washington couple of days ago. I still wonder how they managed such a complex task so effortlessly. When I hired them I was not expecting much because of the nature of my move. They had to deal with many fragile items, glass and crystal ware, old and heavy furniture, a mammoth sized piano and some expensive paintings. I had enough doubts in my mind. But after checking the inventory I was happy like a little kid. These guys managed to deliver all my stuffs in one piece and without any single scratch! I do not know how they did it but full credit goes to the team of Kate and her team. I am also happy with the price because they did not charge me more than the quoted amount.

But when I was consulting my move with Matt (sales rep) I was having a feeling that they would do well. They actually did fabulous. Movers were real professionals and very committed and extremely speedy. They came on time and completed the move effortlessly in no time and charged a very reasonable amount. I was thinking about the glass shelves, pool table and the piano because these items are expensive and sensitive to move. But at the end of the move, when I checked the inventory, surprisingly I did not find a single mistake by them. It was a perfect move, which was affordable and well within the deadline. Kate (sales rep) was very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips which eventually saved me few bucks. I am happy with the performance of cascade relocation.

I am writing this review for Stephanie, my move coordinator. She was fantastic. The week leading up to our move she was calling us to make sure everything was ready to go, explaining all sorts of options to us, and making sure that our list was on point so that there would be no price surprises. She guided us all the way through delivery, providing us with updates on the driver's progress and when delivery would take place. The whole time she was incredibly helpful and always a pleasure to speak with. Thanks Stephanie for making this move so easy!
