This company is very professional and what they tell you about the process is accurate. Their knowledge and professionalism is beyond what I would have expected. The sales staff as well as the office staff kept me well informed and they worked through my insurance and I wasn't bothered with anything. With my busy schedule I loved every minute of this process and would recommend everyone use Ridge Valley Exteriors. Thanks again.

We are so pleased with our beautiful new roof! Ridge Valley was a pleasure to work beginning with the sales/service reps all the way to completion. They expertly guided us thru the entire process and made the insurance and building procedures easy to follow and understand. We are impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and friendliness and would highly recommend them!

5 Star Experience! Once we signed the contract, they were in constant contact from when they were going to deliver the materials, to when the job would be started and completed, to following- up on the quality of the job and our satisfaction. We were never left wondering what the next step would be. Everyone was great to work with - from our first contact with the salesperson to the roofers. And the final product - our new roof - is beautiful.

I will be completely honest. The first half of our roofing experience, from the insurance handling to the roof actually being replaced, was an almost perfect experience. The team who actually replaced our roof messed up a couple of small things and unfortunately, it took a while to get them ironed out and fixed properly.



HOWEVER, besides the two items that HAVE been fixed now, our roof looks awesome and the quality of the craftsmanship is definitely apparent! In regard to "taking a while to get the small issues ironed out" I complained in a "customer satisfaction survey" on Ridge Valley Exteriors' website and within a couple of hours, I had a phone call from the OWNER! He profusely apologized and wanted to ensure that 1) the issues had been fixed to my satisfaction and 2) that I was completely, 100% satisfied with what he offered to do in order to make things RIGHT... and let me tell you, I DEFINITELY AM!



It is RARE to have an OWNER of a company take his OWN time to call almost immediately after finding out a customer is unhappy and be so genuinely concerned that the situation be MADE RIGHT! (And what I was unhappy about were two very small issues that could happen with any roofing job.)



I am 100% confident in recommending anyone who needs a new roof to use Ridge Valley Exteriors. I am a VERY happy and satisfied customer.
