Feels like this Post Office is the Bermuda Triangle, whatever goes there disappears! Can somebody please tell me what is happening with my parcel- it's been one month since it 'departed' from the Jamaica, NY facility and this is the last update on the parcel location.
The parcel has been sent on 14.06.2016 and departed from the facility on 21.06.2016. Since then it's in Transit. Like, what the hell, is it traveling from Mars?!

I sent some documents using "Priority Mail International" on Jun 16, 2016. It arrived "usps facility Jamaica NY 11430" on Jun 17, 2016. It's Jun 30 now. The mail is still stuck at facility without any update.

I mailed a package since April 12 to Romania has already spent a month and the tracking is stock in Jamaica, NY and the customer has not received it yet and he wants his refund and I don't have idea if he could wait little longer or the package got lost.
